Had a horrific experience. Waited for more than 2 and half hours for a guy to arrive at home. Not recommended if someone needs an emergency locksmith service.
Yesterday when I was going out for my appointment I accidentally grabbed the wrong keys and I couldn’t get into my house when everything I have to do was done I rang these quality tradesmen and in half an hour he was here at my place and unlock the door if you ever need a person To come to your door to unlock it call these nice friendly people they’re here to help you. We have used this service a few times now and it remains as a ‘backup’ only in an emergency. Recently we lost our ‘keyless entry’ car keys and inquired at the desk if (as advertised in the front window) they could match our car with a replacement. The locksmith confirmed that he could and that he would confer with the supplier and would contact us when the key arrived. Unfortunately it took another trip to the shop 2 weeks later to be told that he had forgot. After some more fruitless ‘toing and froing’ we realized ourselves that we were not going to obtain our replacement keys at this establishment, and a little frustratingly moved on to a competitor. As previously stated this business is probably a worthwhile backup if they have the required material onsite and are able to complete requests straight away.
Had the friendliest service man James, was so easy to talk to and super efficient at his job, would highly highly reccomend! Thank you for everything, you saved our vacation
