I found Jon very helpful and knowledgable. He knows his locks and every part there of. What I did not like was home giving me a quote which I passed on to my customer and his worker who did the work charging me over $100 more than agreed.putting me in a bad spot.they are great and there work is spotless, just need to agree on a price before proceeding.
