Everyone wants to stop here and walk on the pink lake which seems to be a beautiful pink most months of the year

You can walk out to the flats and the ground was actually pink. Would recommend visiting during sunset for the best pictures.

Good view of the lake and super easy to pull off the highway to stop.
There is a table there so worth pulling off if you want a break and have packed lunch.
Toilets seem like long drop so if you're not desperate maybe wait until the next town.
