The staff that I dealt with in this office are slow, and love to hold on to your funds…… I found Sally very rude and abrupt. Would never deal with them.

This first firm arranged my mother's will. So I rang them when she passed want to obtain it. The girl on the phone was to busy trying to tell me I couldn't get it without a death certificate and trying to sell hours of probate than actually help. It wasn't till I spoke to my normal lawyer to find out what I was asking for was a copy of the will. Then need to realise people are not lawyers and try and stop upsetting and try and help people

Customer service is very poor and rude. They advised a deadline as to when contract would be done and they failed to deliver. Their respond to me was “it will be ready when it’s ready”. What a joke

Really disappointed with the rude and unprofessional service.

The solicitor didn't even introduce himself, I had to ask his name. He was uninterested and Rude straight from the start. The receptionist didn't explain the situation to the solicitor so the solicitor didn't know what the appointment was about. Once we explained the situation he was very uninterested and rushed our appointment. We left with more questions unanswered that what we went in with. What a waste of time.
