Local Business Gplus

Several weeks ago my 95 year old Aunt had a frozen water event which resulted in burst water pipes and collapsed ceilings. I reached out to a Friend and Contractor, Al Marino, Inc.of Chalreston, WV for help.
The first positive was how quickly the Owner, Jay Marino, came to an agreed upon price with the insurance carrier. Shortly thereafter, the Technician assigned to the work began improving the water system into the home and discovered an outdated, unsafe water shot off valve that needed replaced. He made the discovery at 10 PM that night and he then waited in his vehicle in the frigid air for 5.5 hours until relief came. EXTRAORDINARY!

The entire job was completed this past Sunday around 6: 00 PM. My cell phone rang two hours later and the Technician asked "can I come over now and remove the excess material from the job? Also, I saw your Aunt did not have a vacuum so I'll bring mine from home and get as much construction dust and debris as possible. "

Above and beyond client expectations is what this was! The Guy was professional, but compassionate and very considerate. Also, he did excellent work rehabbing the damage. Thank you, Al Marino, Incorporated! SY
