The worst experience ever. First out broker confirmed to us thru email that the loan he is offering has an offset then we settled on the loan and it only has a redraw even telling us it’s the same. We have investment plans and we know that offset and redraw is not the same for investment purposes.

Now, thanks to the person processing our final payment our handover date will be pushed back. They have almost two weeks to action our payment request to the builder and still failed to meet the deadline. After all deliveries and moving arrangements have been booked now i need to call everyone and reschedule. Not to mention this person doesn’t always reply and acknowledge important email that you have to send a follow up if she received your email. Wow!

Dealing with Claire, Debbie, and also Stephen, while applying for my loan, was a really positive experience.

They kept me well informed during the application process, and they provided me with the best option, for my financial position, at that point in time. They managed to exceed my borrowing expectations, given that I already had a substantial loan in place.

I would've liked a better interest rate, but they did well, considering that all of my income stems from rental properties.
