Liz McRae and Lauren Jakson are superstars. Without Liz I could not have brought the house. She went above and beyond to help with my loan application and she was always available when I had a question. Lauren also had to do a significant amount of handholding and she was fantastic. I have been recommending them to my friends and I would definitely contact them again if I am ever crazy enough to buy again.

They helped us to understand our options and select a lender, then helped us to liaise with the lender during construction to ensure invoices were paid in a timely manner. Not sure why all good reviews. Sent request through website and took 2 weeks to reply. Finally got a reply from Sarah.

Then after being told they had 1 bank we could possibly refinance with, they would get back to us with some more options, over 6 months later still waiting for a reply.

Ours was a simple refinance, perhaps not enough commission for them, but really unprofessional never to reply.

Liz and the team at Loan Market could no have been more helpful with the recent purchase of our property. Eliza aka my finance wiz, helped through all of my construction finance questions and nothing was ever an issue or a stupid question. Eliza was prompt with responses and was always available to assist with any enquiry I had.

Jen was my broker and again nothing was ever an issue for her, she was able to find me the best mortgage based on my circumstances and ensured that I was above board with all decisions that were made.

Whilst I dealt mainly with Jen & Eliza I was always welcomed by other team members when phoning or popping in.
