I’ve had nothing but a positive experience using loan market. Julia recently helped me secure a loan for my first home and I felt in good hands from the start. She made the whole journey as pain free as possible and was able to explain to me all the ins and outs which were quite overwhelming at the beginning. Julia always had a plan B incase things didn’t go the way expected and was quick to communicate as soon as anything came up. We were recommended Julia for Financial assistance in buying and building our first home. Right from the start Julia has been honest and gone above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed. She helped us get onto a budget and save a substantial deposit. She sorted out of car and personal loans as well.

I have recently had an unfortunate experience with Julia. I contacted her to help me arrange finance to purchase a commercial property. She repeatedly held up the process, promising to send me forms numerous times without delivering them. She was slow to respond to emails and eventually just stopped responding all together. The final correspondence I had with her was when I contacted her by phone to ask her for the forms she had failed to deliver a week beforehand and she rejected the call and sent me a ‘Sorry, I can’t talk right now’ auto-respond. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of honesty and upfront communication this interaction displayed. If Julia was not willing or able to arrange finance on my behalf I would have appreciated communication from her to that end so that I would have had ample opportunity to engage another broker. After my final interaction with Julia I contacted another broker who was able to deliver a range of loan options the very same day and processed my application the following day. This turnaround time highlighted to me Julia’s extreme lack of professionalism. I was never contacted by Julia to follow up in any capacity.
