Edit (7 years later) : we had a need to refinance and got in touch with the team again. Andy put us onto his colleague Arden, and she too was fantastic. She worked super hard to get us refinanced in a tight time frame and kept on top of both banks for us.

Clearly there's a great team mentality in the company as everyone we've ever dealt with has been fantastic and eager to help.

Staff and process with the purchase of my new home was generally straight forward and smooth. My loan application took a bit longer than I anticipated, but believe this was the banks end, not Loan House. Very easy to talk to, great communication - clear and professional. Would use again.
