Our new home got these junks after waiting for 4 months! And then an unprofessional fitter called “ William” came to install the curtains for us. And the boss “Ella” even want us to pay the balance in Cash even before William finished his job. We paid and William started to trash the job and guess what? Our curtain fell off! Together with fabric and the track! Fell Off to the ground! Nearly hit me on my head! And then I try to call them let them to repair my “ 5 year” warranty curtain! But no one ever answered my phone call anymore! No one! If there is a 0 star! I will give them a 0 star for sure! Never find this scammer!

Couldn’t be happier! LJ turns out custom, designer drapes and less than typical designer prices. My consultant, Ella, took the time to look up the specifications of the brackets and rods I had yet to install, and perfectly suggested the drapery width and length. My pleated draperies arrived 3 weeks after ordering them, ready to hang, and have exceeded my expectations in every way.

Lots of different styles and fabrics here. Big selection but finding what you want is still a hit or miss.

Worst attitude blinds maker you can find in Melbourne. Told me we gonna have a 5 yr warranty, then their products started falling apart after 3 months, and try to contact them, their first response was that some fitter would come back to fix the faults. And I kept waiting for 2 weeks, no one showed up. And the I keep calling them, after that nobody ever take my phone or take responsibility for the warranty! Never Ever go back again! You won’t find any worse company! Waste my $7000 and get those rubbish!

I just got a custom banquette made by Window Works. Ella was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice. She ensured the project was looked after and communicated in a timely manner. William came to measure and thought of every detail and ensured the banquette was very comfortable. He was very friendly and does phenomenal work. I would definitely recommend Window Works!

This company has no common sense. If you want have flat tyres, instead of blinds, then go for it! Definitely not recommended!

Tha last place one can go and shop for an item that is available at the store. Its nice to see, and feel what you're buying.

He was very patient and responsive throughout the whole process. The installation was a breeze and the quality of the our custom shades and Curtians are amazing.
