Little Things Coffee reviews
56Beware of closing times. Came in at 2pm and waited at the front counter until 2: 03pm. Was informed by the front staff that the kitchen closes at 2pm. I wish the opening and closing times were properly reflected on the internet.
This cafe is a haven for coffee enthusiasts! The rich aroma of freshly brewed beans fills the air, creating a cozy atmosphere. The baristas' expertise shines in every cup, delivering robust and flavorful coffees. A perfect spot to savor your favorite brew and indulge in a moment of caffeinated bliss.
We just had coffee and it was really good. Very flavoursome coffee, hot enough and just a little fluff on top. It was perfect. Definitely will be back. The food also looked very appetizing.
The service was very slow, it took 45mins to prepare some toast and eggs, probably because of the lack of staff.
Lovely cafe with a impressive view of their coffee roaster and shelves of coffee beans and related tools/books for sale. Their coffee is excellent and their breakfast were delicious.
Cozy and lively place. Nice natural light and seating area. Great coffee roasted at the same place. Can be a bit noisy when roasting, but smells really nice.
Couldnt expect more.all is at d best! Comes from indonesia for seeing some collegues, and i feel the coffee language is well spoken here! My first visit will follows the other many visits later
Absolutely love this little gem of a cafe! Close to the station, better coffee than its nearby competitors and average prices. Bagels are really nice here too!
Lovely little place, though easy to miss it from the street! Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, excellent coffee and perfect poached eggs! Great selection of gifts too.
Not sure. Food didn’t meet the expectations. I found this place through reviews but wasn’t worth it.
The LTC breakfast skillet was very disappointing. The eggs were too cooked, bread was just thin cut white bread (not sourdough as the menu says), too much cheese and not enough flavour. The food also took more than 40minutes.
Their matcha also comes in a super small cup and the taste is bland.
If you’re after a decent smoked salmon bagel and a solid cup of joe, Little Things is the spot to go.
Lovely factory-turned-funky-cafe atmosphere inside, pretty wide selection of food, friendly service, and a wholesome business structure wherein all profits go back to the vital humanitarian aid and development work of World Vision Australia.
This place describes every reason I love Melbourne: creative, artistic, humanistic, good coffee, nice people.
Great place, tucked amongst businesses, good coffee and menu suggestions, very friendly staff, great vibe, give it a try
I like the vibe of the cafe. It has the modern and industrial look inside, but also some touches of green with it. Inside the cafe, it has the coffee roasting equipment at the back.
We ordered the eggs on toast with smoked salmon added. It was okay, but not much cooking is required for fried eggs and smoked salmon anyway, so it was as expected. We also had a Feel good burger. I felt the serving sizes of the food seemed a bit too small. I would rather pay more for a decent sized meal. The burger did not come with any sides, we literally received a burger on the plate. The taste was average, I do not recall it being very flavoursome or remarkable.
I might come here for coffee again, but to be honest, there are so many other cafes around to try.
Unfortunately didn't get to try the food here. We came out especially for their wide range of vegan items on their menu, we arrived just after 2 o'clock (the cafe says it closes at 3 o'clock) were seated, given menus, had our order taken to the kitchen, to only then be informed that the kitchen closed at 2 o'clock. No where on their website, Facebook, Instagram or even menu states this otherwise we would have arrived earlier. Very disappointed.
I think this will be one of my go-to places for coffee beans and breakfast. I had the spicy baked eggs, tremendous!
Super good coffee too! Single origin is an absolute winner.
Food and coffees were fairly good, but serving sizes did seem a bit small for the prices. The shop is outfitted nicely with coffee roasting equipment in the background.
I kind of like the vibe that this cafe has: industrial style with a touch of contemporary simplicity. Coffee is fairly good as per our taste and the waffle we ordered is not too sweet which is perfect for us. 4.1-4.2 stars on my rating system.
Great coffee! It's roasted on site, with all profits going towards humanitarian aid through World Vision Australia
Menu has recently changed and unfortunately I definitely didn’t walk out of there feeling overly satisfied and I felt the meal and portion size was underwhelming, I ordered the vegan BLAT and it was served on what seemed to be refrigerated untoasted bread, in the past wherever else I’ve ordered BLAT it was at least on toasted bread, you could order this with a cold packet of potato chips on the side.
I also used to really enjoy the vegan sausage roll which is now no longer on the menu.
I had been a regular here since around 2018, I’d have to say after todays meal I probably won’t be back.
Waitress was very friendly and accommodating but the food was average and certainly not what it used to be. I’ve had worse food elsewhere but I think when you’re used to a certain standard and that standard suddenly drops, it’s all the more disappointing.
Might try again if they improve their menu and perhaps bring back some of the old favourites.
