Little Stars Early Learning & Kindergarten Pakenham

I was so anxious putting my son (at the time, and pregnant with my daughter) in Care because of all the horror stories you hear about childcare. I did tour a couple, and wasn’t sold on any… until I went to Little Stars, which at the time was about to have their 1st birthday so not really well known and I hadn’t heard of them I just happen to notice them one day driving past and thought I’d try my luck.

I was greeted and shown around by Belle and from the very first interaction to every single interaction I still have with her I just knew little stars was the right decision. The way she spoke about the children, engaged with them during the tour, she knew every single child personally and that’s something you can’t fake. Ofcourse also the way she interacted with me someone completely new to daycare I just had an amazing feeling which no other center in the area had given me and first impressions counts for a lot especially when they are they people of who will be taking care of you’re vulnerable, impressionable - young children.

I enrolled my son, and soon after my daughter.

All the educators are incredible, I was a crying mess on my daughter’s first day and Chloe made me feel like my feelings were valid but also made me feel confident that my daughter was in good hands.

Both children have created amazing connections with multiple educators that I truly believe treat them as their own.

Particularly Jess and Nav, Radhini, Rishi in the toddler rooms and ofcourse I Beatrice and Carole in the baby room.

I could go on and on, the girls are so supportive and encourage the children to truly express themselves and I know my children feel loved there which is all a mum really wants

We have absolutely loved our move to this centre! They’ve been welcoming and accommodating and our children have just settled quickly! The staff have been so friendly! We have recommended Little Stars to all our friends and family!

Review: (5 stars) for Kira Only

Let me tell you about my experience at this center! My little bundle of joy has been attending here for some time now, and I recently started picking him up myself. Now, I have to give a solid five stars to the amazing Kira, who stands out like a radiant beacon amidst a sea of darkness when it comes to the management and staff.

On my very first day, I must admit I was a little lost and had no idea where to find my little one. But fear not, for Kira came to the rescue! With her unwavering guidance and warm demeanor, she expertly directed me straight to my child's room.

And that's not all! On the second day, in the hustle and bustle of the evening rush, I completely forgot to grab his jacket. But guess who had my back? That's right, Kira! Not only did she kindly remind me, but she went above and beyond by swiftly retrieving the jacket and handing it to me, saving the day once again.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the rest of the staff. It's quite disheartening to see their grumpy behavior and sadistic expressions. They seem to have forgotten the power of a simple smile and the impact it can have on their service. It's my sincere hope that they improve in this aspect, as it would truly elevate the overall experience at this center.

What an amazing centre
My wife and I have recently enrolled our girls and I am so happy to see how happy they are.

The girls in the nursery one room are just the best and we love seeing our littlest smile every day.

Our oldest is in the Toddler 2 room and she is always asking "My Happy" and "My Huma" she loves going and it gives me peace of mind knowing they are well looked after.

The girls at the front desk are always welcoming and very helpful if we have any enquiries. And the rest of the staff always greet us with a warm smile.

Working at Little Stars Pakenham is enjoyable.
I’m proud to be part of the team who are kind, friendly, happy and compassionate which creates a positive and nurturing environment for our little stars to thrive.

Its been an year since my son enrolled in this centre. There are Lots of activities and learning for kids. All of the staff is amazing. They have an amazing caring and experienced team of Educators.

I didn’t like this centre. The communication is poor and slow. They didn’t do many of the things they proposed to do such as regular picture and story updates. My daughter never got used to the place and seemed to cry a lot since the new educator named Happy has joined.the previous educator used to take good care of my child.

Little star’s Early Learning and Kinder Centre is beautiful with good and safe outdoor play area overall the staff very caring helpful and friendly
They take good care of kids My Grandson goes to this Kinder specially His carer Seema Rani Sharma takes good care look after his feeds and my grandson is very attached to her and this happens when someone has passion what she is doing and her love for the kids she is loving and always has smiling face

I have been with Little Stars for so long now and have been sending my son since he was a baby (now in toddler room). The staff are extremely friendly and I am very happy with their service. They go above and beyond and are well organised I highly recommend sending your kids here?

I have been working in childcare for 6 years and have worked for 2 big companies before coming over to little stars and my only regret is not coming over sooner. As a team member, you are seen as exactly that and more! Cherished, appreciated, taken care of, valued and given the work life balance all companies promise but not give rather than a number that is undervalued, under appreciated and over worked.
On my first day I was pleasantly surprised that for the first time in my working career, I was warmly welcomed by every single staff member and family present on the day.
The centre is hands down just simply beautiful to work for and I am proud to be part of a team that has so much passion and love for the industry and want to pass this on to all children in our care, their families and our extended community.

My daughter is thriving at Little Stars! At her previous centre she would get sick constantly, while here she has been nothing but healthy and happy! She loves her educators and has grown in leaps and bounds since she started.

Staff have been accommodating to our wishes, as our daughter is in MCN, and they were quick in adapting to ensure they could follow a practice important to us - as a parent this is really appreciated!

I also love that their menu follows Nutrition Australia so I know she is getting the nutrients she needs to grow - a life saver for this busy working family!

Definitely has been a great move for us and allows me to feel she is in a safe and caring environment when in their care.

Great, clean centre with an amazing new manager Helen and mostly great staff. My Little one has been in the centre since the centre first opened and has advanced through most rooms. Educators Beatrice, Seema and Navarat have been exceptional and always put my mind at ease cos I know my LO's well looked after and happy. Keep up the good work ladies!

Amazing staff especially Seema who look-after our kid with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our Kid happy here. Seema engage with the kids in a very good way and our kid seems very happy with Seema. The other staff is also good and are providing a safe, fun, and loving environment.
