It is unfortunate that I could not rate them below the 1 star. If I could, I would have gone for a negative rating. These people are not concerned about the upkeep of the property and refuse to deal with tenants on damages to the property. I would never recommend such a mismanaged and irresponsible property manager to anyone ever in my life. They do not return any calls and ignore emails, despite having tried multiple times to contact them. Vists to their office are fruitless as they promise to act and deliver nothing. I have suffered, and I would not want anybody else to suffer as I have. Thanks to everyone who takes this advice and does not engage this agency.

Don’t bother using this property manger to manage your investment (not even qualify to manage a Lego house)

Paula and Zoran are both hard to deal with. Never answer any calls or emails. If the tenants are behind on their rent, as a owner you will be the last to know or you have to call them to chase them up. You will wonder why the hell are you paying a incompetent person to manager your house.

4 years of managing my house, it has been nothing but hell. You are going to lose more money than you invest. So stay clear of these bunch of useless property managers

As a previous tenant communications between this company was horrible! Never returned my calls or emails at weeks at a time! I had 4-5 different property managers in the span of 12 months and next as clueless as the next.

We were recommended Little Real Estate from another sales agent. Adam, Rob & team were very helpful from our first contact. The process of renting out our apartment was smooth and transparent from start to finish. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome.

12 months to fix an oven I'm out of lease yet still no lease even though was promised a month ago Called my agent she is useless and that's being nice
I could not talk horrible word about her as none of them are left I've used them all.
Stay away from them or you will be as frustrated as I am today

Absolute incompetence. Do not at all care for the renters. Almost 12 months without aircon and yet to have an answer. Our property manager just seems to continuously lie to us to avoid having to actually do anything. If you're looking to rent I recommend going through a different real estate

I couldn't recommend Little Real Estate enough, especially our property manager Sylvia.
Despite several hiccups and stumbling blocks on my end they've kept communication open and clear while being incredibly supportive and understanding in seeking solutions. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Sylvia has helped us a lot to find quickly a gorgeous house we are living now. We were in a really difficult situation with a small time frame to move out and she has done an amazing job to give us a go in perfect time. All the LITTLE Real estate staff is been also perfect in communication and in making easy our moving in.

Excellent service by Sylvia Uribe of Little real estate point cook. Highly recommended estate agent. She was upfront with all the relevant information needed for the VCAT case. And always responded the phone call and email even late in the evening. Without her help, I wont be able to get the possession order at the first hearing from VCAT. COVID being very difficult time for both landlord and tenants, luckily, my investment property was managed by Sylvia of Little real estate point cook and we never had any issues as far as we go for the management of the property.

Sylvia has been a dream to deal with. My past property was unsafe so Sylvia and Adam worked with me to get me moved as quickly as possible. Highly recommend

I’d just like to provide feedback on Paula Bellomo, our previous Property Manager for our recently sold investment property at 9 Barlow Circuit Tarneit.

Paula started managing our investment property about 4 years ago and has been very understanding, reliable, professional and efficient in all of our dealings with her.

We endured difficult tenants that left our property untidy and damaged prior to advertising the property for sale, and Paula was immensely helpful to resolve these issues to ensure the property was marketable to achieve the price we wanted.

We could not thank Paula enough and would recommend her to anyone that requires property management in the region. She is a true asset to the Little Real Estate company.

Highly recommended. They are managing our 2 properties well and we are very satisfied with their work. Very professional, easy to communicate with and very helpful, we are very thankful to have Ben Wilme looking after us during the process of putting our Tarneit property under Little Real Estate.

Very disappointed in the property manager services. Our tenants abandoned and we only found out because we followed up on late rent. Very poor responses from the property manager on resolving matter including not replying to emails or performing standard duties. They even put 'late rent' on the VCAT so that they could claim a fee - pathetic.
We have changed agents and are much happier now.

I was trying to contact the property manager for past 23 days through mails and calls not one responds and compaints on the property are not at all taken care where it's a brand new property and they are lot of issues where i complained too as we moved in. And totally unprofessional behaviour from the property manager. I hope with this atleast someone from the management team contacts me.

Very unprofessional, not responsive, careless, unable to maintain house for good condition prior to rented, if renters give notice of repairs for maintenance they gave headache to renters rather to solve them as soon as possible, too lazy.
