Little People Toys and Collectables

I called to ask for special consideration to pick up an item for travel to interstate funeral. No flexibility at all and left me very upset. As a Customer Service Manager of 20 years I was disgusted with the response I got. I can't believe someone could be so unhelpful. Worst service ever.

Response - Good businesses can always be flexible for customers especially in extreme circumstances. And it was your tone and attitude that upset me the most. You are not too busy to respond to my feedback, just too busy to help me.

Horrible customer service.
You might want to fix your website as it DOESN’T give a option to book an appt and you may not know your “website” as much as you “think” you do.
Also might want to change the way you speak to customers as it is a real turn off and I will NOT be shopping with you and will go elsewhere that has better customer service.

I was recommended this store from my mother and I absolutely love it.the owner is a very lovely woman who is helpful and considerate. I live in Adelaide, so she was been kind enough as to send me my items and they always arrive in pristine condition.never have they been broken or chipped.she is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers.highly recommend dropping by this store next time you are in Melbourne or looking into the website.

What HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to experience from a store I have shopped at so many times.

I arrived at your store this morning and was greeted with the most rudest and unwelcoming response ''we do appointments only''. I apologised and advised I will call to make an appointment.
I called back within seconds and advised I had just been by and would like to make an appointment, I was met with your condescending and cannot be bothered tone ''we are an online business and our appointments are all booked this week, so you might only get in next week'' ''we have been operating for 15 years and anyone of our customers would know this. I asked if your times and making appointments was on your website and was met again with a snarky ''YES'' it is.well i was on your website and it is NOT! As I started to tell you I have purchased from your store so many times before and have never encountered such rudeness, you hung up.customer service at it's finest right here!

I am so disappointed that this is how you treat your customers who have been loyal to your store, well you have just lost me and I will not be recommending you any further either. Utterly disgusting.

What a beautiful store, I live interstate and get my pieces sent over, always in pristine condition, the owner Anne is the nicest person you could talk to, helpful, beyond friendly and has the best advice, she knows her products, I love Jim Shore pieces, not only have I found her to have the best deals in Australia even better then the bigger store like lil treasures, you may also be lucky enough to find a rare and retired piece that doesn’t blow the budget, will never get my pieces from anywhere else, highly recommended, pls take a look and definitely give it a go, you won’t regret it.

Unprofessional and rude to customers when people pay for express post you do not post 3 days later you expect express post never have i ever experienced anything like the im my life this is a scam and routing their customers not good keep away

Amazing collection, the toys are beautiful and great quality. Staff were extremely nice and helpful and to top it all off very reasonable price. Such an overall great experience, will purchase again!

Absolutely horrible. Accused me of scamming because I cancelled an order. This shop is to be avoided!

I was a loyal customer of little people for years, buying Disney snow globes and figurines for my collection. Since there was a change in management/or ownership things have changed for the worse!
Prices have gone up beyond a joke and items are now priced "was $299 now $120 on special" for example- however the item was always $120 if not cheaper (as I'd purchased them in the past you get farmiluar with the prices) also other retailers are selling the same item for $99 and if your lucky they might have a sale and get it reduced further.
The store was great because of its variety and staff so friendly.
Now you don't treat your customers all that great and for the prices you are charging, you really need treat them a lot better if you expect to keep your business going?
I'd say try hipoint they sell the same Disney collectables at 1/3 of the prices of little people. Even a little stand at northland is not too bad on prices too.
Disappointed

A pleasant shopping experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. There seems to be a good range of toys and a small collection of books. The items I was looking at were fairly priced, and there was a good sale on at the time. The 70% off clearance table was good too. Will come back again.
