Lady that performed my mani pedi was very rough with my cuticles. 5 areas of active bleeding after I told her twice that she shouldn't cut so close. Eventually Vivian took over and was much more experienced and gentle.
Would have appreciated a bit of a discount for the pain and discomfort however overall price is very affordable.
Wouldn't return again.

I came here from a different suburb because I had another appointment in Richmond so just randomly chose this place but wow the lady who did my nails was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she took her time and got me the three most similar polishes to choose from. Compared to some other salons (I will not name names), this salon is exceptionally clean and organised. I like the brand of shellac polish that they use and particularly liked the folding board for choosing colours- much prefer this to the plastic painted nails as this can be confusing and overwhelming. Normally my nails chip or peel after a week and it has been over a week and my nails still look perfect. Highly recommend

Always so happy with my nails when I go to Little Kimmy’s. Unlike many nail salons they don’t overbook and really take their time to make sure your nails are done perfectly

Visited 3 times - good job the first time, the next two times experienced rushed manicures & rudeness. Posting as high rating doesn’t seem justified given the service they provide.

I got my nails done at the start of summer and the literally lasted all holidays. The did the designs exact to my ideas and on top of that they where fairly cheep and great quality so will definitely be going back!

Remember when I was here twice a week and being rejected super duper rudely by staff, she did not even look at me and just “no, we were busy”. Personally, her attitude is not as bad as Hannah but not really enthusiastic and welcoming (she talked behind me many times but nvm). Otherwise, I had my pedi done with a girl named Chloe months ago, she did the best pedi I’ve ever had, cleaned and defined as what I can say, she was the only one who had tried to fit me in everytime I need to had my nails done urgently with doo eyes lmao.she was not talkative tbh but really nice and cared for me. Was trynna look for her recently but couldn’t find her in the spa. Maybe next time.

I've been going to a few different nail salons around Richmond and this one is by far my favourite! The girls were all very nice and Ivy did such a great job on my SNS nails, exactly like the picture I showed her.

I never write reviews, but this place left me so happy with my SNS nails I have to give them props and say big thank you for an amazing work!

I had the same nail tech for 7 years and the idea of finding a replacement for her when she moved filled me with dread.but thankfully I found Little Kimmy's! Reasonably priced, high quality, flawless SNS & shellac - they really take their time and make sure they get it 100% perfect, no rushing to get you in and out like some other places. Also they're lovely people:)

So much care & attention to detail. I broke 2 nails & they went above & beyond to fix them for me, making sure they all still matched & looked fresh.

I got SNS here and am absolutely loving it - can't stop staring at my marble nails. Totally recommend! It's probably best to make an appointment so you don't miss out, as sometimes they're quite busy and it can be hard to get in if you're a walk-in.

Melody Bong, I feel that it would be worth having a bit more reflection time before commenting. I think it is fairly reasonable to be charged for removal of colour, especially when it is only $5 extra. The removal of colour requires use of resources and time. I have been going to Little Kimmys for 5 years now and I know that you would not find many places that compare to their high quality service, products and cost.

I love this place and I loved majority of the girls there. I had Hannah today and I came into have pedicure and French tip sns on my nails. Hannah came and ripped off the toe seperator from me and when she was doing my nails she kept slapping my hands and being super aggressive.shes the reason I will not return top this place.

I got my SNS done last week by their new collection of colors which was totally on fire. Vivian does not lie! This is the ocean blue of glow in the dark collection… looking at it girls! It really shines bright like a diamond in the dark! Everyone around me was impressed by it! Gotta get my nails done by this collection next time, so excited, XOXO

So happy with my new nails I had done for festival season! The nail technicians are very skilled and highly creative. My go to nail place on Bridge Rd, Richmond.

Never experienced such great customer service. The staff were so polite and professional. Went in with 3 other friends and were given exactly what we asked for and at such great pricing. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming again!
