Great fresh food and friendly staff in the Stamford hotel, we had breakfast their twice during our and lunch one day as well.

Shoutout to Stephen for going above and beyond.

Appetisers and entrées were incredible. Mains were alright. Cocktails were good!

Just had their 8 course Christmas lunch. What a joy! Fabulous food, meticulously planned menu, waitstaff unstinting in their attention and food delivery. Could not fault it and will be back next year.

This Little Collins St Kitchen has changed since someday before after COVID19.

Dine-in menu for dinner is now pretty simpler as there is no longer fancy buffet run for dinner, nevertheless quality of shucked oysters with caviars is pretty good and worth paying for.

Wagyu hamburger for the lunch menu was good and worth paying for as it was still better quality than Hungry Jack.

Coffee in this hotel is not worth paying for as coffee beans do not look fresh nor aromatic flavor.

Downside is;
1. This restaurant and cafe does not have local beers (Melbourne one)
2. A glass of Moet Champagne costs $24, while there was no refreshing bubbles left in a glass. 3. The worst part is that staffs in the bar has no idea why patrons and guests are paying for $24 in the bar instead of buying this bottle of Champagne $60 in the bottle-shop. And they insisted that freshness of Champagne is still good although a bottle was opened for a day, maybe morning or afternoon they do not remember anything.

Overall I was satisfied with cook in this restaurant, but not recommended for Bar and dinner if you may look for better and quality of food and unless staying at this Hotel including breakfast is a package option. There are plenty of better restaurants near this hotel.

Fantastic service, small menu but great choice. Also cater for vegetarians great drinks at reasonable price. Over all it was a great night.

Had organised a high tea for a hens party. Ricky the manager was so great to deal with and all the staff were friendly. They were so flexible and accommodating too!

Had a fine dining experience. All the dishes we tried had a unique flavours. Staff also really friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended.

Best was to come here is via public transport or taxi/uber as parking can be expensive/nightmare.

A nice little restaurant located in the Melbourne Sheraton Hotel.

The food dishes were delicious, but I would like to see more seafood options. The seafood quality was fresh and delicious though.

The desserts were amazing! That was my favourite part of the dining experience.

Seafood buffet has good quality seafood, fair variety of seafood. Buffet in general is quite small with average quality mains. Cosy atmosphere.

Went there with 3 friends for a Saturday seafood buffet with our Groupon vouchers. Only had 2 staffs on the floor serving everyone. Staffs kept forgetting to clear our tables (as we had oyster and prawn shells in bowls) or bring us water. To be honest it was not their fault because I think the place was understaffed. Towards the end when it was quieter, staffs were really nice to tell us that the buffet was coming to an end and we should grab our desserts. Food wise I think the crab didn’t taste too fresh but everything else was great.

Pretty good seafood buffet. While the buffet isn't very big, it does offer better quality of dishes.

Dinner here tonight was absolutely wonderful! The seafood was so fresh and delicious, and there was such a large variety of other options that I could eat there every day and still not get enough. The staff were so wonderful, friendly, and prompt - refilling our water glasses as soon as they emptied, but they weren't for a moment intrusive (which is something I particularly despise when I eat out). My sister (who I went there with) stupidly had fake nails on (who wears fake nails when they're going to be eating fresh seafood? !) was given an. I don't know what it's called, but it's an instrument that helps with getting crab etc out of the shell (not a shell cracking device.that was already on the table when we were seated), it was pointy double-pronged on one end with a small spoon type thing on the other.anyway, it was given without her even asking for it (we didn't know it even existed LOL). They just noticed she was struggling and gave it to her. It was all absolutely on point and I can't wait to go back!

Fresh seafood are good. If you are into seafood and are not interested in other types of foods then recommended. Otherwise, it isn't worth to try and is not worth value of money.

Very limited variety of hot foods, cooking quality is average, especially for the 5 star hotel and the prices you pay. Tea and coffee are not included in the buffet! Restaurant is small and ordinary set up.

Note: Waiters and waitress are polite and helpful.

AMAZING food, huge seafood selection, service was outstanding. Well worth the price, I'll definitely be back, I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, 10/10!

The food was 10 out of 10. Great fresh sea food, salads deserts and Indonesian cuisine.
Well spaced out venue and attentive staff.
Chefs on hand to dispense food and also carve slices of pork and beef to your liking while you watch.
Easy access via tram or train at Parliament train station.
Public car parking and Disabled car parking. Public and disabled toilets / rest rooms located inside. Is a wheel chair friendly facility. Has free WIFI.
