Little Bangkok reviews
51 I highly recommend this restaurant!
The food is so delicious, fresh and impeccably presented. They have amazing cocktails and a fantastic atmosphere and vibe in general too.
In addition to all of this the staff are always so friendly and accomodating and they made my friend feel very special on his birthday.
Good food. Service is efficient and perceptive at times. We brought a birthday cake to celebrate and were not charged for doing so. Given a container to take some leftover rice without charge!
Of course we left a good tips for the service.
Will return for another lunchtime when in the vacinity.
Considering the price I have to pay and quality of the food, I have to say there is nothing special about the food. I have found that they didn't serve fresh salad leaves and some were also rotten.
Very generous portions. Incredibly delicious, authentic Thai cuisine.
Their egg net pad thai gets it consistently right! We frequently order via UberEats and the food is always packaged so thoughtfully, without mess. Will be coming back many more times!
Booked for a saturday lunch before mother’s day with my whole family. Food was great and service was awesome. Must give it a try but you have to book on weekends otherwise you’ll end up waiting in a long line.
Food was just fantastic. Menu had variety of options available. We ordered a curry with soft shell crab, Pineapple fried rice, an a chicken entree. It was a lot for 2 people. We had to take away left overs. We also ordered desserts and my God it was yummy. Will definitely be visiting there again.
Great dishes, decent size and amazing service even when they're super busy.
Julian is an amazing staff, she's striving to accommodate all the customers needs.
Highly recommended.
We decided to try Little Bangkok for lunch and were not disappointed. Love everything about the rooftop dining precinct thus far.
The food appeared very speedily and the interiors were impressive, a perfect combination of fun and modern with traditional influences. I loved my flavoursome pad see ew and my husbands satay noodle dish was equally delicious. We will definitely be back for more
First time and will not be back. Food was overpriced (yes I get that rent in Westfield is higher than a shop outside) but food was below average, it is ‘westernised Thai’ with lots of oil and sugar. Service was terrible too.
We went there again and their dishes were awesome. This time the highlight dish was the vegetarian fried rice. Again the only negative aspect is the lack of booking system which means sometimes you have to go early to get a table.
Awesome food, very friendly staff. All the dishes we ordered were amazing and nothing to complaint about the taste. The only reason am not giving them 5 stars is because they don’t take bookings on weekends which is little annoying. So we have to go early to secure a table which is not convenient.
Regular here, but twice I have found bugs in the Wagyu salad dish. The first time was when I got delivery, so I looked past it and thought it was a one time thing. However this time I dined in doors and there was still a bug in my salad. So disappointing.
Three of us came in 15 minutes before kitchen closed. They were happy to have us. All of us loved food. Best Thai food in Doncaster! Roti bread is amazing!
Good design
Content with portion size
Reasonable price range
Tasty Path thai!
The only issue was, the handle of path thai bowls were not flexible enough to put down, so we had to push with one hand and hold the bowl all the time.
Highly recommended
Friendly service Fast and very good food. It’s best to book as they are always busy. Been here a few times and will be back again soon.
This Thai Restaurant looks very impressive. I haven't had a chance to eat in yet so I ordered over $130+ to takeaway this afternoon. To my disappointment the wagyu beef is so dry and overcook and the steam vegetables are too hard. I have to wait 45mins even though the waitress told me it would only take 10-15mins and 3.30pm is a quiet time as well. Hope you will do better next time. I will still try to dine in one day and give you another feedback.
Been going here since the place opened and loved the food but unfortunately, I will not be going there anymore due to the horrible & senseless policy. The place won’t take any bookings anymore and also charge a surcharge for Sundays.
I wanted to go there with my family but they refused to take a booking, which makes it impossible to even dine there since we are a big group. Absolutely disappointed with these changes.
This place is a GEM. They have extensive menu that’ll cover most of your thai cuisine cravings. The portions are massive! Good value for money! I haven’t tried everything on the menu but so far every meal I’ve tasted from this resto was exquisite.
Unique and varied menu food was delish, lots of options for vegan and vegetarian, staff lovely.highly recommended
Little Bangkok brings modern techniques to traditional flavours so you can enjoy Thai cuisine with a new aspect and approach. Located in the new upstairs dining area of Westfield. Always busy.
Satay Chicken Skewers
Massaman Wagyu Beef Curry
Red Curry Roast Duck
BBQ Wagyu Beef with Sticky Rice
Papaya Salad with BBQ Pork
Food arrived very quickly. Loved the red curry. Very aromatic and flavoursome. Tender duck and meaty.
This was my first bad experience eating in a Melbourne restaurant. After waiting 40 minutes for the main course, the feedback was that because our table was too small, we should finish the main course first and serve the main course later. So ridiculous!
