Brilliant centre with wonderfully caring staff for kids from 2 yrs old and above. Management are fantastic - they really do their best to cater to each family's needs. We found this place after trying out 2 other places around the area. So glad we found Little Acorns!

The owners and the beautiful staff make this centre amazing.
All children are the centre of their world an no more or less important than the next.
But the level of personal care and understanding they shown me and my girls is second to none and i'm eternally grateful, give me such peace of mind. Not to mention the early learning is fantastic.
The staff have heart of gold and i love the integrity which the owners have built their centre on. I wish all parents had the opportunity to feel the way i do. Could not recommend them enough.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My family's relationship with Little Acorns began just over three years' ago, when following an enormously upsetting family upheaval, I suddenly became a kinship foster carer for three young members of my extended family, aged 5 years, 10 months and 23 months. Since I'm an older single female (a Grandmother, in fact), I needed all the help I could get and Little Acorns were there for me every step of the way. The younger children were immediately enrolled in the program, and received the very best of care right from the start. Little Acorns were with me throughout all of the legal proceedings, and emotional highs and lows. Staff went out of their way to donate clothes, toys and offer help above and beyond the call of duty. We cried together and we laughed together and never once was I made to feel like we were an annoyance - there were several times when very large sums of money were outstanding' due to bureaucratic delays at DHHS, yet there was never any question of my children being excluded from care; nor was pressure made to bear upon me. I'm a Diploma qualified Educator /Program Manager myself, and am well aware of ACECQA's National Quality Framework recommendations and expectations. I can honestly say that Little Acorns ticks every box.in particular.the programming, physical environment, health and safety, staffing arrangements, relationships and communication with all community stakeholders and children, as well as administrative areas, are all of an excellent standard. The programming itself at all levels (my children have now received programming at every age and in every room) definitely covers all aspects of children's growth and development outlined in the EYLF (their identity, community, health and well-being, learning through play-based activities and communication skills) and I'm constantly thrilled with the children's home-coming reports about their activities and learning throughout the day. Also, whenever we've had to address particularly sensitive issues and the sorts of special needs which so often feature in the lives of foster children's (such as Post-Traumatic Stress, speech and learning delays, Access visits, family violence, self-esteem etc.) the staff at Little Acorns have been very professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough.
