I'm so happy. Excellent customer service and great range. I'm so happy with my new bras and couldn't recommend higher. If I could give 10 stars I would. Lovely lady helped me she lost her voice and still was helpful. Thank you you know what makes a business successful.

Bra shopping normally leaves me feeling frustrated and cranky! This place is just beautiful and the range of stock insane. I have never been so well cared for by staff when bra shopping. Can't wait to go back!

Very disappointed!
I was fitted with 3 bras 2 of which were sent me and I had to pay way to much for postage. Not one of the bras fits me! They are all way too tight & I am bulging over the top. One I was told to get an extender for.it made no difference as the cup is 1-2 sizes too small. Never again!

Love their stuff. Staff are friendly but every time i go there im waiting waiting. They need more staff. They have lost sales from me because i was sick of waiting. Their register is rediculous took them 30 to ring up 2 people i dont understand why they have to scan and type!? !? Just dont go if ur in a hurry

Amazing service. I went there to find a maternity bra and I was on a time limit. They had me fitted and found bras within 10 minutes. I was super happy. They have great things especiay if your a fuller women

Excellent personal Service, second to none. A huge range of stylish and everyday underwear for us bigger ladies. Also a wide range of nighties, dressing gowns and clothing and if they haven't got it in your size, they'll make it for you. Very unique store for larger sizes. A great find.

Great range. It is good to be able to get sexy H cup bra instead of the Grandma ones that some places sell. Drive down from Moorabbin to shop

Communication seems extremely sub-par between staff. They also take an eternity to reply to emails (half my fault as I work late, but if I email Thursday I shouldn't have to wait till Tuesday for a response). I ordered online so maybe my experience is different to everyone else's but I would've thought that they would've not had to call me to confirm my order when I already discussed it over email. I then went to return something I ordered and confirmed over email that I wanted to exchange the item for another one - they just processed a refund.

I really would not have thought something so simple as reading an email would be that damn hard.
