Haven't ever seen the blonde old lady in question, keen for the experience. This is liquorland, they've sold me liquor. 5 stars for meeting expectations.

The worker here with short and blonde hair with specs is so rude. Just give me a total bad experience by making me uncomfortable and rudeness. Please get rid of her:)

Eirene is the best such a lovely lady with great customer service. She helped me with finding something and also helped me by suggesting different things to try and i wasn't disappointed. Thank you Liquor-land for having great staff like Eirene we need more Eirenes in this world.

I called to order wine in line it never arrived so I called the store the staff were so rude I will never order there again, I said to the staff member it hasn’t arrived but said it’s been delivered so where is it? I wasn’t rude at all or raised my voice! She was so rude to me I said why are you talking to me like that! I called again spoke to a diff person and same thing. Never again!

Although I'm not pleased to be giving a negative review, for your own safety / sanity I would not recommend anybody to shop here, unless you're desperate. Upsetting madam cashier could literally jeopardise your safety!

My experience was this:

In a hurry, I ducked in to purchase some alcohol and patiently waited in line.

I made it to the counter and the woman at the counter was continuing her conversation, over the top of me, with a customer, whom by this stage had literally exited the shop.

Being under time pressure, I placed my products on the counter and politely interrupted with, "Just this please, sorry but I'm in a hurry. "

I was literally concerned for my safety when I saw the rage get the better of the woman, she replied to me by literally yelling the price at me several decibels above aggressive!

This woman really needs to be gone but I'm guessing she's the owner otherwise I'm guessing she would have already been booted, she's a danger to customers!

Whilst I don't know what this lady may have been dealing with on this particular day, this is no way to treat anybody!

I accidentally knocked over a bottle and the woman behind the counter was more concerned for me than the broken bottle (though she dealt with that too). Well done guys. I don’t expect to be treated nicely in a chain store, and I appreciated it.

Very very rude old lady with blonde hairs. Doesn’t know anything about customer service. The way she talks, disgraceful. I want to request the owner of this store to please look into this because this not only happen with me as i can see the other reviews as well about the same lady.

Worst customer service. There was an old lady at counter who have no knowledge where the black label is placed at. She asked me to search by myself. Teach her some customer service skills.

The Old at the counter was horrible. She shouldn't be over there because she don't have customer service skills, she don't want to listen others but she try to find a reason to fight or argue. That place is not meant for her she needs to be out of there because she needs rest.

I've been buying from this store for over two years since it's the closest liquorland store for me. Today Eirene asked me for my ID and i said surely my face is familiar to you and you've asked me for my ID a couple of times. She looked at me and said " Go somewhere "
We really need more like Eirene so all of liquorland customers then need to go "somewhere else". Absolutely disgrace!

Decent enough.

There's lots of negative reviews for this place because the reviewer has tried to use incorrect IDs. No Liqourland/1st Choice will accept student IDs or international driver licenses. It's company policy, they aren't picking on you.

I've never had a problem. I was asked for ID (I'm 24) once, but I assume it was just to bump up their ID request numbers. I didn't take it personally. I produced my ID and that was that.

Almost all the staff are jovial and friendly, it's really only the obese woman who never smiles.

STAFF MEMBER was EXTREMELY RUDE while I’m trying to be gentle and polite. While the guy (OTHER STAFF MEMBER) next to her was very gentle. No one ever asked me for an ID coz I look older. She asked me for ID and I’ve had my international driver licence handy and an Australian student ID card with DOB on it as well. She won’t accept the international licence not because its international and not Australian, coz it doesn’t look good in a way than the Australian licence. Accepting only passport and Australian licence is a rule they need to follow, besides that she says that the international licence looks funny and she showed me her Aus licence and was saying that licence should be like her’s. She’s being extremely a racist. Never seen an employee of any COLES BUSINESS or LIQOURLAND behaving in such an UNPROFESSIONAL manner to customers like this. I’ve seen some people posting a similar review about the LADY STAFF MEMBER staff being RUDE to customers, this isn’t the 1st time she’s been RUDE to CUSTOMERS as you can see in the reviews. It’s a really bad experience I’ve faced in Australia after all the past years I’ve lived here.
