Say they open at 9, no one here at 9: 30, customer service says they are not god at turning up on time!

Pop in quite regularly.very common item.out of stock 50% of the time, unless it's on special - then out of stock 90 to 100% of time!
The lights are on, but nobody home?

Really helpful and great recommendations. The manager goes the extra mile and always remembers everyone's names.

Staff on night duty (13th may 9: 55pm) was very rude! Not polite, commanding and looks agressive some of his characteristics. He was saying us that min age of drinking is 25. Seriously man? He became law now!

I find the staff at this bottle shop very rude, especially the guy with bleach blonde hair. I’d rather go to Dan’s!

Great location. Very convenient. Great selection of product. But there is an opportunity to improve on customer service. Found one of the staff (gentleman with bleached blonde hair) to be fairly unhelpful and rude.

Two Staff members were rude and avoided serving us as they were on there phones talking behind the register on 7/11/20 at 6pm. We ended up leaving without purchasing and will not be returning to a liquor land store. There’s a pop up wine shop next door in Vic gardens staff were friendly and engaging. Better quality wine would definitely recommend going there instead.

Unfortunately this is small bottle shop at Vic Gardens so has a smaller range and often runs out of stock especially advertised specials.

Cashier took his job way too serious. Went in with my partner, had her paying while i went out to Coles to grab groceries. Cashier denied her purchasing cause I wasn't there when she paid and insist that I go back and show him both of our ID to prove our age.

Usually visit this store regularly after doing the groceries but won’t be anymore. My partner went to purchase a 6 pack today and was denied the purchase because apparently I looked underage and
I didn’t have my ID yet he had was the one who was actually purchasing the item and had his ID. I’ll also mention that I’m 27 and have large visible tattoos. Poor service and caused a huge inconvenience.

Very convenient having the shop in Coles, one stop shop!
