Don't go into this shop if you have anyone that look under 25 or you will not get service. I am 60 and she didn't serve me.
My 15 year old helped me carry a bottle of wine as my hands were full. When i get to the register to pay they refused me. Their policy that if a minor carrys a bottle it's against their policy. Will not see me again. BWS didn't have a problem!
Do not purchase alcohol from this liquor shop, the young blonde lady is rude, has attitude, is not helpful and l ended up walking out angry. Do not buy from this shop!
All the staff are best and have very good customer service except that indian man, u must learn how to serve customers bro with 28 years man u are asking for id bro plz have a look at rules and regulations people who are in the age of 18 and over they can buy alcohol u need training and have a better understanding of customer service
The name says it all really. If you are after your favourite tipple or want to try something new then this is the place to find yourself. The staff are always willing to help if need be.
Twice I went and got refused service because I couldn't produce my I. D.upon the young ladies request. I'm in my mid 30s with a big beard and crows feet that reach my ears. I understand that they were just trying to do the right thing, but both times I was able to show her a digital copy of my I. D (which she rejected) and then said that my partner had her ID and that she's just outside with the dogs (but this was also unacceptable by the young lady, on account of "secondary supply").
I totally get it. I managed a liquor store until not long ago. I would not be upset by this if I were 20 or even 25, but I'm in my 30s and I don't look young at all - CERTAINLY not under age.
Some common-sense please.
I never have this issue with other team members, just the same young lady. Other team members are always super helpful with making great suggestions and letting me know about new releases, which I appreciate. Especially your Gin specialist. Which is why I have not given 1 star.
The employees are always so nice and polite, never a dull moment with the people working there!
Although small its a good store with good staff for the most part. Easy and conveniently located beside Coles and many other shops so you can get lunch to soak up the booze ;)
Lots of alachol so if your into booze you'll like it but I found it missing more variety of liquor like clear cola or something with cbd or probiotics in it.
Remember clear Cola that was awesome right?
