5Friendly greeting by staff member. Bought apple cider which was on special. Lots to choose from but with warm weather opted for something chilled.
Came in at 10: 03 tonight, door half open, customer in the store, 2 staff behind the counter and registers still open. Explained that I'd missed an engagement party due to work and that I knew what I wanted and that I'd grab it and be gone in 2 minutes. I was met with grumpy responses including were closed, repeated nah nah nah (couldn't be less professional or more bogan of they tried) and then told "bad luck"
I'd have been earlier if I'd treated my customers this way.
Absolutely pathetic. I'll never be back, despite it being convenient. All I wanted to grab was a bottle of verve.
Would have been $70 for 2 minutes of their time.
