7 Refused service on a Thursday even though it was 8 yet.
Check photo attached it says time on top and the person serving at the counter had a customer inside anyway. No good
Went into this store today and the lady that served me was not friendly, definitely not helpful. No smiles, seemed that she didn't want to be there or just couldn't be bothered. Not pleasant at all!
I want to thank the person who showed me great customer service this Tuesday. He immediately came over and helped me pick out a bottle he recommended, saving me a lot of indecision. Turned out to be a great choice. Approachable and friendly personality, definitely a valuable member of the team!
Very minimal collection of craft beers. Feedback: improve customer service at the counter. Otherwise nothing fancy about this store.
All Coles liquor lands staff unhelpful don't want to work there unless its just happens every time I visit them

My son wen there when he was under age and they served him anyway, they got him drunk then they took him around the back and punched him up.he died in hospital due to internal bleeding
