Absolutely disgusting customer service received last night.

I'm not sure how you keep your job but you should be fired.
The homeless guy standing out side could have provided better customer service.

An absolute disgrace.

Whenever I'm checking out at Coles I'm in a mental battle not to walk into this place and buy alchol to get smashed! I'm glad it's there though.it either makes me mentally tiffer or I get wasted.win win.

It's a liquorland like most they are reasonable size and prices are average at least the stuff are nice and friendly

Horrible experience here yesterday, was absolutely shocked when refused service by Alex who outrageously accused me of buying alcohol for my daughter who is quite obviously underage & is only 14! What an absolute joke. Red wine and pale ale beer hardly the choice of underage drinker.formal complaint heading your way, upsetting & disappointing experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in future!

One of the worst cashier that I’ve ever witnessed, I remember her name (Shrijana), We bought some liquiors amounted 67$, The worst thing is she didn’t even ask us for flybuys but instead she took her own flybuys from her wallet and scanned infront of us. What else can be worst than this.

Been shopping here for years. Every single staff member so far has been utmost friendly & helpful, while I made a selection from their inventory. I have zero complaints and will continue to shop here!

Staffs are friendly and can manage to get my Whiskeys n Beers most of the time.
But still recommend to allocate more variety of Single Malt Wishkeys, but reasonably priced.

Would be a good idea if you informed your staff about the necessity to wear a bloody mask when serving customers. Customer was also not wearing a mask. Will not be going to that shop again.

Rang Liquorland Glenroy store to enquire on latest catalog stock holding and found staff are not answering their phone.
Have tried 6+ times over the last two days, same same, so too busy doesn't wash. Also rang Coles Glenroy Supermarket, but they said they could not transfer me or even contact their affiliated liquor store for me.
Ho hum.

Great service! I remember a guy with long hair was good with in term of speaking. He is cool. Overall great!

The little homeless man out the front wanted a can from my 6 pack of jack, or $1. Being a business man I of course gave him $1 if he promised to spend it on Rexona.

Worst customer service from one of the staff (rest are good). He refused to give me beer coz someone was looking at me inside liquorland and he told he is my friend and can’t give beer to me (whom I haven’t seen ever in my life). When I tried to assure him he was so violet

AVOID. Will close early because staff don't get paid past closing. Extremely rude and insulting when challenged on why. Violating advertised opening hours. Following up with consumer rights Vic.

Overall good.sometimes irrititates when new employees asks me for ID. According to them i dont look of legal age even if i am 26. LOL.

Great service and just wanting to say Les and Brandon in my opinion as a customer are very valuable assets your company. Always friendly, always helpful and they don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like a friend which is far above expectations and have set the bar extremely high in customer service.
Well done, I'll definitely keep coming back.

Its a ripoff. I brought a case of Becks beer here. Which was $56. Its was only $40 in Dan Murphy's

Worst store manager in existence, save yourself a bad experience and shop elsewhere for your liquor needs.

Absolutely discusted at the service at this establishment. Was asked for ID to which I gladly handed over. Only to be laughed at by the two young male employees who had never seen a QLD drivers license. Claimed that it is not a valid form of ID and refused me service.

Bottle shop as part of Coles supermarket. A wide array of alcoholic beverages available at average prices. Ample parking and friendly assistance from Supermarket staff available.

This store has pretty friendly staff, decent prices - and they're linked to the Coles who have docket vouchers for alcohol. Nice and convenient near Glenroy station. Check the hours before you go, you may have to go through the Coles entrance.
