Liquorland Flemington

Pretty small Liquorland, so the choice is not the best (compare to larger stores) but most of the stuff are very helpful and friendly.

Rude staff - emotionless, uncaring, and not empathetic at all. Going through the motions. Not a great experience. There are better establishments to pick up your adult beverages from! Try Moonee Ponds Cellars so much more friendlier and a local business! A guess that's what happens when its a big chain, the soul is sucked out.

Terrible customer service! The store attendant was incredibly rude to me and my dad when he was trying to buy alcohol and refused us service because of me being 16 years old. My father repeatedly told her that this alcohol was not for me but we were rudely dismissed by the worker. I am incredibly frustrated and will be telling others about my terrible experience in your store.

Attended store in company with my 16yo daughter to purchase a bottle of alcohol. The store attendant was quite rude and asked my daughter for ID. When I explained I was purchasing the alcohol for myself and not her she rudely refused my service and then proceeded to quote incorrect liquor licensing legislation. The rude and ignorant manner in which this was done was quite insulting. I think that the employee should brush up on the actual law!

Really good store, very neat. Only thing is, one guy in there seemed very distracted while he was serving me, was trying to multi task when he should've just been focusing on the customer. One star lost for that. Otherwise really good store. Would like to see some more specials on the beer too.

Worst service ever. I placed 2 click and collect orders. I got 2 separate confirmations that they were ready to be collected. I go to the store to collect to be told the only have enough stock for 1 order and they will have ti refund me. Why put the order through and take my money if no available stock on hand. Served by the rudest store manager Emily no apology, no nothing. I call the call centre to enquire and find out what's going on only to be told Emily has put it through as I have collected both orders. I am furious! This store manger needs a lesson is basic customer service and people skills! I have wasted my time and money for a total headache! Never again. They would want to compensate me for this extremely poor customer service and waste of my time and fuel. No wonder everyone goes to Dan Murphys!

I have never reviewed a liquor store before, but this review is for Rani. Excellent customer service, always quick to serve, provides great recommendations, and I even witnessed him politely listen to someone go on and on about something trivial in their day, with the attention of a scholar. Someone give Rani a pay rise or at the least a pat on the back - he's an asset to the store!
