I'd give it five stars if Aaron wasn't such a curmudgeon. Dan and Suze are both lovely, and Kev has his moments too. The new lass varies from indifferent to borderline hostile though. I don't know her name so I can't warn you who to look out for. And yeah Aaron it was me who wrote this. "The new lass" is that older girl from NZ, you can't blame me for writing that, because she isn't exactly friendly.

And neither are you. I often wonder if i should even come into the shop when I see you because you clearly couldn't give a toss. (Although i have worked for LL and i can understand why you might feel like that- but the way you always seem to make me feel 50% less happy after ive spent money there is weird because it isn't my fault.)

Suze is the only staff member who has anything nice to say about you, but she's so lovely that you'd expect that. If you're going to take offense at a poor review, maybe change your behavior instead of bringing my son into it. Even in my worst days I'm not aware of a petition being raised to remove me from my job. Which I'm reliably informed someone did for you. Congratulations, you've lost my business forever.

Lovely staff. Always really helpful and very knowledgeable. Really good range of items as well.
