Today this afternoon sadly I was treated unfairly, and this particular staff member working which is a girl was very nasty rude disgraceful she been very racist to me she refused to serve me she took bottle of wine from my hand as I was about to pay at the counter, verbally abusive toward me and my baby with me calling him name disgusting behaviour I don’t think she should work there lots of discrimination toward client I have been this liquor shop many times been served from different staff there first I had no problem before.first time I have been treated this way with this girl which I haven’t seen before I hope action should be taken and consider to change staff for the business old staff so nice and welcoming very helpful to have them but today was very very bad service never expected this
As usual the staff were very friendly, inviting, Covid wise and helpful.
The selection of products is good and met my needs. Give 'em a whirl.
Convenient and relatively close to home, as moving about is difficult for me
Price is quite competitive, but the store is quite small, which means selection is very limited. If you're after basic stuff like non-craft beer, that's fine, but if you're after craft beer or a special wine for gifting, you might want to try a larger store.
The staff member here however, every time I've been here have always been very polite and helpful. It is also quite conveniently located at the front of Corio Village Shopping Centre.
The price, while not always the best, won't be far off the lowest in the area, which makes hunting around unnecessary especially if you're not after any rare items.
This is the only store l go to buy liquor from reasonable prices clean staff helpful & always happy to help whenever they can. Tammy Connor the store manager at Corio she is absolutely the best ever person l have came across that works in a store happy helpful friendly just awesome. Tammy is the biggest reason l keep going back to the store
