Staff doesn’t let me buy even though he AMMITED that I’m looks over 18yo.
He tried to claim that only adult that over 25yo can.

Pathetic. 1 person working. Closes store to go on a break.

The beers were cold and nice. Customer service is good but the boy with long hair and funky looking face talks to himself sometimes, I’m
pretty sure his name tag has David Priem on it. (maybe worth being nice to him as I think he has social problems). Apart from that I like the ronas

Great customer service here, staff are always really lovely and greet you as soon as you walk in.

Rude and unprofessional staff! Being over 30 years old i wouldn’t think i’d need to show my id everytime i purchase a 6 pack of beer. The young causasian saw me as almost a joke and asked for id and her reasoning was you look 25.25 is still 8 years above the legal age so why are you asking to see id? Disgusting customer service worst bottle shop ever

Went in to liquor land to buy some beer, girl behind the counter isn’t very Smart (Aussie & FAT) asked for my partners ID because “she looks 25”….
Never again will we be purchasing alcohol from this store.
First time ever someone asks us for ID and we’re 30 pushing a pram with a baby in it ‍️

I've frequented this store on several occasions and found the staff to be efficient and friendly. They take the time to help me with what I want and will go to lengths to retrieve from afar anything they don't have. Thanks guys.

First time at this liquor store and it was a wasted of my time. The old man served me was incredibly rude. Greed me by accusing me with someone else that he just served few minutes ago and even had a go with me. Worse customer service of all time. Dont go to this place unless you enjoy bad service.

Bad liquor store. They are too lazy to rotate their cases in the cool room so you get home and realise your beers are warm. This has happened more than once

Josh was incredibly helpful and engaging today. Made suggestions that made my decision making of what wine to purchase much easier. Polite and chatty and didn't rush me or brush me off. Very conveniently located and not a bad selection alcohol.
