The old bald guy at the counter would not accept our digital ID. Said it had to be a physical copy even though I used it at BWS 2 days prior.

Well I ordered online, chose Click & Collect because it says I can get it in 30 minutes, I ordered it a hour ago, still waiting for the SMS confirmation and customer service refuses to process the order unless it’s on the system or a SMS notification has been received. I have other things to do, so I’m supposed to drop everything else so the slow system can load my order up? They have the drink in stock yet can’t hand it to me or process it manually. So I paid for something that I can’t get, good one Coles. I advise you all to avoid that and just buy in-store to save yourself the frustration and not deal with the incompetence system.
