At first, I admit, I had my doubts. But as soon as I saw the finished job, any hesitation melted away like snow in the Aussie sun. The team at Liquid R did an absolutely fantastic job. And you know who really made the difference? Jacky. His explanations were like a roadmap for keeping that glossy finish looking top-notch for the long haul.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jacky and the team at Liquid R. I first contacted Jacky after ordering my new car 15 months ago and he gave me quotes etc for the full front end wrap, ceramic coating, interior coat and window tinting (package 4).

Due to uncertainty over how long the new car would take to deliver, we kept in communication over the year, knowing he was booked out 2 months in advance. Finally, 15 months after ordering the car, i took delivery and was able to organise a time with Jacky. He went out of his way to slot me in as early as possible with his heavy workload.was able to get in 2 weeks after delivery instead of waiting 2-3 months. A big thanks to him for helping me out with this.

The job was immaculate, with him explaining how to care for the vehicle after the job was done, with a follow up inspection 3 weeks after the installation. I cannot recommend Liquid R enough due to their professionalism and passion. They really care about the work they do.

Jacky and team at Liquid R were extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional. Jacky was very accomodating with my appointment and rescheduled multiple times due to delays with the arrival of my new car. The PPF, ceramic coating and tinting was done well, and the ongoing support is also great (my million questions were all answered!).

Highly recommended for any level of detailing required!

Jacky and the team came highly recommended. I was nervous because it's a brand new car (Kia Stinger) and I was being precious. After speaking to Jacky, I realised there was no way I could do ceramic coating with the dealership. It took around 6-8 weeks to get in. I went with package 3 which was tint, ceramic coat and interior but Jacky was able to adjust as I chose not to do the interior. I dropped the car off on Saturday, the work shop was clean and Jacky was very easy going and took onboard my concerns for the car and areas I wanted addressed. He gave me a detailed overview of everything he'd be doing and helped me choose the right tint. He mentioned the panels would need to be pulled off on the doors for the tint to applied correctly on the Stinger. I was nervous but I trusted him to do it to a high standard. On Tuesday I picked the car up early morning, it was incredible. I was so happy with it. The tint was perfect, the panels were perfect, the ceramic coat was exceptional. I know others had mentioned concerns in the panels in reviews but my experience was flawless. Jacky gave me the full run down, he ran me through products and recommendations for products and the process to keep it clean moving forward and I feel confident I can keep it well maintain! I definitely recommend Jacky and will confidently take future cars to Liquid R.

I took my brand new Renault Arkana here last year to have ceramic paint protection and windows tinted. Jacky was friendly and the shop was clean and tidy.

But - DO NOT HAVE YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE

The installer pulled the door trims back while installing the tint and didn't reseat them properly, physically breaking the clips in each door as they tried. Clear gaps where there shouldn't be gaps and the doors rattled. Their response - take it back to the dealer! Dealer had to remove the trims, replace broken clips in each door and reseat trims. $160 later at my expense.

Honestly - if you don't know how to reseat a door trim then don't touch it! This is someone's brand new vehicle!

I also had to take the car back to Liquid R to get one window re-tinted due to a something under the film. Poor quality control.

I was upsold ceramic tinting but not made aware of low angle haze.the tint looks fine at first appearance, but in sun they are foggy and looking out is terrible. The tint on my last car was half the price and looked much better than what I got here.

One saving grace is they did a good job on the ceramic paint protection, but tinting was very amatuer.

It's not often people share a positive experience but here's five stars for Jacky and Liquid R.

Dropped our newly purchased Tesla Model 3 off to Jacky and the team for their 'package 4' deal which includes front half covered in PPF, ceramic coat of exterior and interior protection, and window tint.

Early days so we can't comment on the quality of product however the car looks amazing.

Have gone to other detailers in the past for ceramic coating and none have been as thorough as Jacky in the explanation of pros and cons of each product, how to clean the car, and proper maintenance and care of the vehicle.

On top of all of that, Jacky and Liquid R provided the cheapest quote on the treatment required.

For reference I had package 3 applied to a new vehicle and it looks better than the day I took delivery of the vehicle.

My second experience with LiquidR after organising PPF and ceramic coating for my old mans new 911 but this time, it was for my own M240. I knew the car was going to come out looking amazing but it was even better than expected! I would highly recommend the team at Liquid R. They did an incredible job making my car look better than new. They even managed to remove a blemish in the paint that was caused by the dealership being a bit heavy handed with the pre-delivery detailing. A massive thank you to Jacky and the team!
