Typical srilankan authentic food and beverage. Fish bun is the best for all occasions, and the Saturday plantan leaf rice top's the chart.

One of my favorite Sri Lankan food joint. They make all traditional authentic food we find in Sri Lanka. They serve Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Street food options also available and they taste very good and authentic. Mind you they close early unfortunately hope this will change in the future.

The pricing seems to go up on food comparison to the quality and taste its a bit disappointing when there are several other places in the area with similar type of food. Also why aren't the prices aren't displayed on the items on menu? Or a menue at all? Don't think it's fair game.

Ordered Lamp Rais worst ever. It was yellow rice with 1 big chicken leg, potatoes, 1 fried egg, cutlet a piece of tomato and brinjal in a banana leaf. It was like a normal rice and curry. Cannot call it Lamp Raise. Pls call it rice and curry in banana leaf

Ordered two lamprais. Not authentic.

One of the lunch packs didn’t have an egg and cutlet.

Not ordering again.

We bought rice and curry on the 25/12/2022 at around 2pm and when we open the pack at around 2.30 the curries were spoiled. I tried to call the shop straight away but no one answers the phone.will Never go back and not recommend at all.

This is another lovely little Sri Lankan takeaway and dine in restaurant in Dandenong. Enjoyed the fried rice with chicken curry, polos curry and dhal. They also freshly make all sorts of filled buns, pan rolls and Sri Lankan breads. Very fresh and tasty food, friendly service and a great place for a quick lunch.

I’ve been going here for years, even though I live in the city. ‘Hole in the wall’ type joint and the food is great every time. I had a kottu & Pepsi max for $12.50 on SAT night. Don’t go if you’re expecting white table cloth service & decor - but they’ve always been nice & friendly to me.

Food is fresh and tasty but when it comes bro take away most of the times they forget to add the order.

Best roast-paan in Melbourne by far, and awesome short eats too. Make sure to call beforehand and order, as they are popular.

Visited the Lion Bakery recently. The Village Rice packet was adequate in quantity but they can definitely improve on the taste. The cake I bought was a it burned on the top and shop assistant was not very keen to offer another block. Kibula buns were soft and fresh. They can definitely improve on their customer service.

The website says they are open till 7pm but around 5 they close and they never answer the phone. Is this called a good service?

Best Sri Lankan rice and curry I've had in Melbourne. Had a portion of red rice with devilled Chicken and other veggie curries. Yum!

This is the best place to have Sri Lankan rice and curries in Melbourne at an affordable price. Has a great selection in tasty, spicy curries and can also try roast paan, kottu or godamba roti. Highly recommended!

Truly the Friendliest Staff, amazing Chefs, best Kottu in Town and most delicious variety of Dishes all at the cheapest of prices. A truly remarkable Destination.
