Bacon, egg TOASTED sandwich?
Half-hearted 'effort'. Bread had been put on hotplate long enough to warm bread, spread with marg. Soggy at best. Bacon was barely cooked. Same experience a month ago but put it down to a 'one-off'.
Tried again today. Won't be purchasing again. No effort put into it at all.

Best Pizza we have ever had.price is amazing and the pizza is so heavy with lots of toppings. Hubby can normally eat an entire pizza plus some of mine when we go elsewhere and he only got 1/2 of one of these in before full. Highly recommend we drive an hour to get it!

About two months ago we were waiting on some urgent medication for our sick cat, it has to come from the Sunshine Coast. We got a message on our phones to say that it had been delivered to the Linton takeaway. But when we went in and asked they said that there were no parcels for us everyday we went in to check then after a week they said that there was a parcel sitting there. Due to the fact that our cat couldn’t get her medication she started to not eat and lost all her weight. She had to be put to sleep, if we got her medication she would of been fine. After that not once but twice I ordered some butter fish only to be given flake (shark) and once it was burnt and over cooked. Last night we ordered a pizza got home only to fined that it was burnt and soggy from pineapple juice. I rang and spoke to the owner who said that it was okay because she personally opened the box, my wife had to wait for the pizza and it was put into the box and given to her nobody looked inside the box. I took the pizza back and showed her the burnt and soggy pizza and she said that it was okay. I then squeezed a piece and it was like wringing out a sponge. The owner then told me to leave the store and never to return. I did leave but now I was mad and told her that her food was rubbish and that she couldn’t cook. From that she has now stopped all our mail and will not give us our mail. I have reported her to Australian Post Office, my wife who had nothing to do with what happened the night before went in to pickup two parcels and was told to get out and never return and that she will never be served. A large male then came out from behind the counter and stood over her and abused and threatened her. We have gone to the police as well. The sad thing is this was all over a burnt and soggy pizza and we weren’t the only people to receive a burnt pizza on the night in question. I will admit that I should not of raised my voice but she pushed me by calling my wife a liar.
To the owner of Linton takeaway remember you are in a small town and people will not standby and let you abuse the customers.

I dropped into this shop in the hope of getting some egg & bacon sandwiches for breakfast, however they had none, so I had to settle for 2 fried dim sims

If it's not on the menu, you didn't want it anyway. Honest to my dearly departed dad - I've never been into any roadhouse, take away or marketplace that has a broad a selection of food to order as this little wonderful gem of a take away boasts.

Not only is the selection huge - that which I've tried is exceptional. Their pizzas are fit for franchises, the steak burger filled my empty vessel and the quick to buy, quick to eat food in the bain-marie is never left for long enough to be stale or soggy in any way.

So far I've ordered from here twice, but with luck permitting I'll be sampling their wares again soon.

On a side note, Linton is a tiny town a fair drive from any major center and as such their prices reflect this. It's not a premium fee - if your take was like mine at first, when 1) you consider how exceptional the food really is,
2) the time and fuel expense involved in finding comparable food elsewhere;
3) and perhaps even thinking along those lines lands you firmly upon the label "tight-arse, " as my contemplative reasoning has led me to believe of myself. ;-)
