Linkfluencer reviews
38 Very very deceiving company. Sign you on a cheaper plan and a year on the charge your credit card without any invoices, notification or intimations. When you contest the charge they have standard replies. We don't issue refunds
Dodgiest operators around
I managed to subscribe to their monthly $19 subscription few months back and had used Jayla for a while. The strategy training within the software was really brilliant and very detailed. Alex and the team, could really enlighten you how to leverage LinkedIn well for lead generation as long as you follow the course and spend time well on it. Of course this methodology won't work for someone who doesn't do hardwork. It takes time and patience for it to work, but for me it was still a success. I was building my network using their steps and managed to gain a good farm of leads for my sales campaign inside LinkedIn. The only thing that I wish they could improve or fix, is the function of invites sent and invites accepted counter. It used to work well when I started using it and for some reason, it just stopped working. Good thing when that happened, I was done with my lead farming. So I requested to opt out from my subscription but it was all worth it for only $19 a month! I got no issues around cancellation though. It went smoothly. I'd still recommend linkfluencer to anyone who wishes to be successful on LinkedIn.:)
Linkfluencer has helped my partner with his lead generation on LinkedIn. Their methodology is really effective eventhough the steps are DIY. Alex's speaking events were also informative and inspiring to some point. I've been following linkfluencer's social media pages and I'm impressed how they are a good source of linkedin updates and useful tips within the platform.:)
20 April 2022 - was told about this company and offered a 95% discount deal for 1 year, charging at $197 for the year instead of the regular price of $297 per month.
27 April 2022 - agreed to try this program for 1 year at this heavily discounted price, and was asked whether I want to give my credit card details through email or over the phone. I opted for over the phone, so was told I'll receive a call to request for my credit card details.
28 April 2022 at 10.50am - Erica from Linkfluencer called to request my credit card details over the phone. I checked with her to ensure this wasn't a monthly fee as their fee is usually monthly, and I also checked to make sure I wasn't automatically subscribed to anything or going to be autorenewed; I advised that I just want to try this out for 1 year only because of the heavy discount. Erica from Linkfluencer assured me it was all good, and that the introductory price I was getting meant I wouldn't be renewed for the next year, and even if I did, I should get an email reminder before it happened.
28 April at 11.49am - Erica from Linkfluencer sent a welcome email with a link to access everything included in my membership.
28 April at 11.50am - Erica sent another email to say she sent the welcome email and to loop in Juralyn, their community coordinator.
02 May 2022 - realised my credit card had been charged $293.99 by Linkfluencer, but I had no receipt from them; this should have been my first red flag. Emailed Erica from Linkfluencer to ask for a reciept. Erica quickly sent the receipt and then advised the $197 was in USD and not in AUD, and excluded fees (admin fee 2.9%). I didn't argue about this, even though at no stage was I advised that the amount was in USD, which should have been something I was notified of, being that I'm an Australian client in Australia. When you look up Linkfluencer's ABN, they are also regestered as a company based in VIC, so very strange that they charge in USD; this should have been my second red flag.
May 2022 to April 2023 - never used the program once, it's non-applicable to my certain case, very useless and does nothing for me.
28 April 2023 - realised my credit card had been charged $316.68 by Linkfluencer. Had no correspondence about this charge from Linkfluencer. Emailed Erica right away but received a bounce back saying that email no longer exists. Forwarded the email to Alex Pirouz, the owner of Linkfluencer.
01 May 2023 - emailed Alex from Linkfluencer again to chase for a reply.
10 May 2023 - still nothing, so I emailed Alex from Linkfluencer yet again. Was advised by someone within my organisation that day that Alex was no longer the owner and he had sold the company not too long ago. Also contacted someone else from within my organisation who had signed up to Linkfluencer originally with the promotional 95% discount rate, and he said he had also been charged for another year suddenly, no correspondence, nothing from Linkfluencer to him either. Posted a review for Linkfluencer. Also raised a case with ACCC same day.
11 May 2023 - Juralyn from Linkfluencer finally emailed me back, no apologies or anything, just said apparently my email went to spam, said she cancelled my membership, and then also threatened to take me to court for posting my review, saying their lawyer claims my review is considered defamatory and will escalate this further unless I took my review down. I replied and said I'd edited the review to my experiences only (prior to that, I had a line in the review saying this company is a fraud and not to sign up), and I'm more than happy to take down the review once the situation has been rectified.
15 May 2023 - Juralyn replied and said according to their T&Cs, they can't refund me my money. She then repeated the threat that they will take me to court unless I take down my review. I replied that's okay and let her know the ACCC case number.
I bought Alex's LinkedIn course back in 2014 and I consider it to be one of the best marketing investments I've ever made.
Being a sales trainer and coach I can attest that Alex's LinkedIn methodology works and is top of class. It's all centred around building authentic connections and relationships. The system really resonates with my business and ethos.
We came to Linkfluencer looking to get an additional source of leads for my agency, well the very first business I spoke with from their campaign turned into a deal worth over $50k.
Believe it or not, Linkfluencer's service worked too well, I can't service all the enquiries (which is a dream problem to have) and have had to start a waiting list.
I can definitely say that our companies goal of diversifying our lead sources was achieved.
Mark & Alex and the rest of the team are true professionals and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

Linkfluencer's specific targeting strategies allowed us to connect and build quality industry specific business relationships on LinkedIn. They listen to who our specific audience is, adapt and tailor campaigns accordingly, and make us think outside the box, but without creating hours of extra work.
Fantastic people. Fantastic service. The Linkfliencer team knows how to make you a success on LinkedIn and helps you learn and put your best foot forward. Alex and his team are honestly interested in your success. Your won’t go wrong with Linkfluencer.
I was fortunate enough to select Linkfluencer to lead my company's first foray into serious marketing. As a business owner I did not appreciate the effect of trust & relationship building on the Linkedin platform. And what a difference Linkfluencer made to our profile, our outreach and our approach to converting prospects into customers. I fully recommend the support and education that they offer.
A fantastic and professional service to grow your network and link you with the right people within your industry. I would recommend Linkfluencer to anyone who is looking to support and grow their business, they are a game changer!
Great people and processes and really knows their stuff about LinkedIn Marketing. Would highly recommend.
I got a lot out of my campaign that I would not have ever been able to achieve on my own without the help of Linkfluencer.
Linkfluencer has been a wealth of knowledge to bridge the gap in getting my business more active on LinkedIn. I would highly recommend them to others looking to enter that platform.
A great team to work with. They've shown genuine interest and invested considerable time in understanding me and my business so they can ensure their solution meets my needs. The team stay close as the campaign unfolds are are always on hand to address any questions or concerns. I'm more than happy to recommend Linkfluencer to others who need support with their LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
Alex, Kristen and the team at Linkfluencer are fantastic to deal with - professional, dedicated, committed and passionate about achieving the best outcome for their client - I obtained some really amazing results in a very short time that have significantly increased my network on LinkedIn. I highly recommend Linkfluencer if you are looking to grow your network in a meaningful way. Thanks Linkfluencer!
Linkfluencer have been great to work with. From the start Alex and the team have invested a lot of time in working with me. They really understand the market and have a great approach focused on building long term relationships both with their clients and for their clients.
We are part way through a campaign with Linkfluencer currently. Although we are yet to see the results of the campaign, the insight into how to use LinkedIn effectively has been insightful. It would be very easy to spend a lot of time with minimal results, the Linkfluencer process helps you put a targeted structure together and will be useful ongoing, not just in the short term.
A fantastic company with great integrity. A great depth of insight into linkedIn and very well explained information and how to apply it. Highly recommend
