Lindt Chocolate Café, Southgate

Lindt was excellent. Almost all of the food court at Southgate is still closed so Lindt was even better than normal.

It's the reason why I can't lose weight.one of my favorite chocolatier in Melbourne.totally recommended.eat whatever u want there and dont count the calories

Not impressed with. I bought products for my kid birthday (bought Sep. 21st). Products were received today (Oct. 1st). We are less than 50km distant (bought online because of COVID rules). 10 days? Look the attached pictures for further details.

I don't think it's possible to have a bad experience at a place like Lindt definitely didn't this time

Who doesn't love lindt, the food is always excellent, the prices aren't as bad as you think and the coffee isn't half bad either

They have everything a chocolate lover wanted! Hot chocolate, ice cream, cakes, eclairs, and yes.chocolates! I have tried the eclair and chocolate ice cream, and will be back to try the rest! Everything looks so yummy

I would have given 3 stars because of sub par management, but the chocolate is just so good that it deserves at least 4 stars. The hot chocolate or rather making it is an experience. Enjoyed the gateau chocolate cake was awesome and chocolate croissant was predictably fun

The cakes are okay, and the service is friendly, but unfortunately the coffee today was the worst that I have tasted in a long time. I ordered a flat white and was presented with something that tasted bitter and acidic, with a small dash of what seemed to be skim milk, after I requested full-cream milk. Even the addition of a small jug of hot milk couldn't save it. Very disappointing. Perhaps the effect of the pandemic on this business is that the owners don't really care anymore. In fact, the whole of the Southgate Food Court seems to have faded away.

This place might be a little more on the expensive side, but the chocolate here is *fine*. They have way more varieties of Lindor balls here than are available in stores (champagne flavored!) and I usually try to get a little something from here when I can. They also do hot beverages like coffee and hot chocolate.

Ordered a hot chocolate, received a cup of ignited thermite. I couldn't tell you whether boiling the milk changes the flavour of the the most delicious chocolate on the planet because I will need to wait for my tastebuds to grow back.

If it's a strategy to sell icecream to soothe injured mouths, then it's a great one. I'll be avoiding hot drinks from this place, though.

What are beautiful chocolate and coffee establishment. Best hot chocolate in town. Service with a passion and so quick and efficient.

I’ve never thought i would go to Lindt for a scoop of chocolate ice cream, but i was feeling fancy - so, here i was.
Sure it is on a more expensive price but it is worth every penny. Got the dark chocolate ice cream and it was so fantastic. Especially when it was sunny outside by the riverbank, so Lindt made the day perfect.

One of the best lindt stores I have been to. Heaps of options to pick from, delicious coffee and drinks available and made fresh to order. Ideal location for a view with the coffee too.

They have great collection of chocolates. You have an option to custom select all different chocolates into small/medium/large boxes. They are a bit pricey but you can try out their already packed chocolate boxes.

The worse service ever the waiter through our cutlery on the table and didn’t ask us if we need water or anything. I’m an understandable person I get it she might be tired or stressed but what I don’t get is that she treated other customers with respect and kindly asked them if they need anything.

What a joy! Nearly everything is shut in Melboyrne but this Lindt store was a shining light in the darkness! Staff were so friendly and helpful- and the chocolate cheesecake in particular is divine.

Was however very disappointed Lindt no longer giving a, small chocolate away with coffee. This practise made for a beaut point of difference to other coffee outlets. Coffee more expensive than many others too

Hands down the best hot chocolate I have ever tried. Dark soy hot chocolate equals heaven in a cup! Efficient and friendly service, will definitely visit again.
