Service was wonderful! Shout out to Susan, she was very friendly and helpful. Decent range of fabric and yarn. Building is creepy as hell though, like a cross between a Walmart and a spotlight.

Great staff and service, but seemed to have less stock than expected. Great store to visit though, I always come here first- sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but I seem to always walk away happy. Even if they don’t stock what I’m after, the staff are always pleasant and do their best to help you find what you need or suggest where else to try. Just a happy place to be:)

Shop is nice and bright, wide isle's, very friendly staff, lots of different items to purchase, including material, wool, paper products, and lots more. Go and have a look.

I've given this store a 5 star because of the service I received. The ladies were amazing, kind and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, for such a large store they only had 2 staff on for the day. The store was very large and appeared to be well stocked.

With only a one or two staff at the counter each time I've been there has been frustrating especially when they leave there to help a customer with something else in the store

No staff around the shop to assist with enquiries. Not a huge selection of fabric. A bit blah.

Super friendly helpful staff and the usual Lincraft range. Will have to try the craft area one day. Looks like fun.

Helpful, friendly staff who knew their stock or asked another employee, which I liked. Went in for 2 things & came out with.well.more like 12. Need I say more?

Got the clothing pattern & material that we wanted for ELVIS PARKES FESTIVAL 2022, Speedway being the theme, we always dress in theme, Elvis & Nancy Sinartra played lead rolls so we dress like them from different parts of the movie. 5th to 9th JAN 2022, all welcome to attend. COVID FREE by then surely!

Found what I wanted. Just a little lacking in staff to help but hey things are quiet at the moment.

Friendly, helpful staff, wide range of products (not just fabric), heaps of parking and the store is usually not too full so it's easy to move around and get assistance.

Great place gor my wife to get her knitting wool or anything she needs for sewing and handcraft.
Staff friendly store is clean

Easy access from great parking. Large store with many well stocked items. Community groups use their craft room.
