Amanda and Wendy in Warrnambool store gave excellent customer service. Very helpful. Lincraft needs to give the girls a flat trolley for large orders and rolling machine. Would make life and service so much quicker for staff and customers
REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE Besides the "covid" no table (has some but the 1.5m rule was NOT applied. Staff lectured people about incorrect seating, even though no sign on table. We got incorrect order, no tape in order site (so had no no.). And basically heaps of staff but no care for in dining at all. Obviously drive thru is their main concern.
I found the staff here to be fantastic, they were very helpfull & patient while trying to guide me through what I needed as I was clearly out of my element but they got me sorted & were very friendly & welcoming

Great for getting gifty stuff as well as crafting supplies for yourself and the staff are helpful here too. They get in a great range of sewing and knitting books and only charge $5 for them. Anywhere else and you'd be looking at paying $30 plus dollars.
Went today to get a quilt cover set that was priced online at $19.50, website says online and instore. Go to the store and I'm told it's 30 dollars, after calling customer support and telling them the situation, they informed me that it should be sold at $19.50. They called the store, told me they'd agreed to process it at that price. When I went back in the reception I received when purchasing the quilt cover set was extremely negative.
