Have been to Lincraft Sunbury several times when in area. Found selection good, well stocked and staff pleasant. A

Doesn't have as much range as Spotlight. The store looks and feels run down and messy. Usually ok for basic craft needs, but a lot of the stock is the same since the first time I went there years ago. Not up to date with new releases from popular brands.
The store and the products seem outdated. It's a shame.

Took some curtains back as I wasn’t happy with them did not have a receipt as I lost it
the lovely Darinka from Sunbury store was very helpful and explained what I needed to do

Hidden gem - huge shop. Lots more than meets the eye inside - great for Christmas & Easter gifts, art & craft ideas.

Needed some things desperately for some order i had due tomorrow, forgot my card in the car told them i’d be back and when i came back they had closed already when it was only 4: 45, really ruined my night

Large store, wide range of stocks, limited staff. Very stressful to deal with one of the staff today. I have to carry the fabrics (in roll) to the counter just to check the price, can't get any assistance on the floor. I'm not sure is the staff are having a bad day or just lack of skills.

Stock may not be accurate. Their system can show stock which is not available.
Staff are very helpfull.

Extremely short staffed, however the one or two staff members there are pleasant and helpful

The store is lovely and has lots to see but it really needs to work on its staffing
The poor lady on register was flat chat and having to measure fabric and lace in that area is crazy though she was smiling and helpful.more saff needed at least until after xamas

Only one staff serving, unnecessary delay while she cut and measured materials at the front desk, should have a staff member at the rear
material desk.

So few sewing suppliers left. Like an Aladdin's cave just love browsing the fabrics and laces (huge range)

Great store but the service needs to lift their game. Spend more time waiting at the checkout than looking in the store. Not just a once off happening everytime I've visited.

Great way to travel back in time without building your own time machine. Found some interesting bits and pieces. There was something all over the floor that looked like it might be mould - it was pretty off putting. The store feels like it needs a big clean up and re-organisation.

Great store with very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Huge range of gift ideas here, they even sell craft supplies and kids' educational toys.

Got what needed here. The staff were helpful, and most definitely friendly. One of the better lindcrafts I have been to.

Simply grateful for old fashioned products with all the newer stuff, good service and location.

Love this store. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Only thing letting it down is the parking.

I usually have a great experience here. But last week I went in to get some cross stitch cotton for my stitching. The cotton were an absolute mess, its possible kids may have done it. But there was cotton all over the floor and so many colours missing. I then asked a staff member for blunt tip needles for cross stitch, she had no idea what cross stitch was. I would think that you employed people who know something about craft. But maybe I am wrong.

Staff are great, very helpful. Although they didn't have any 5ply yarn which l needed for my craft project

The store is constantly messy especially the cross stitch, Tapestry area. Cotton everywhere. Lack of colours. I asked for blunted needles for Cross stitch staff member didnt know what cross stitch was. Hmm maybe addviceable to hire staff that know about craft.
I did apply for a job as a avide crafter and denied based on age.
