Waited about 20 mins to be served, then gave up as it was apparent the woman buying material was going to keep drawing her purchase out as long as possible. Indecisive about what lengths, suggesting the girl serving was using the wrong scissors, asking continuously to re-measure the material that had been cut. Over 30 items to be measured and cut, 20 mins in only about 5 had been completed. I gave up and went to Spotlight.
Material sales should be done away from the front register as customers like this have the ability to render the store incapable of others making purchases.

I wish fabric collections were more but overall experience was good, had to get help of a staff there and it was a great help to figure out the fabric I needed. Sufficient parking is available. You can get a card and collect points for every purchase you do, you get additional points to redeem on your birthday annually. I did find good diary, note planners, a lovely Christmas tree, Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations etc at an affordable cost. Do check 'em out!

Store smells funny, is not very well stocked and staff never answer the phone. Best to check online before going in as parking is a nightmare also due to all the bingo attendees.

Friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable staff member. The store is organised and cleaned.

Shopped here around 3pm. Unfriendly staff. Not interested in helping customer. The staff talks in monotone so makes me feel uncomfortable like I was interrupting her time when there was literally no other customers in the shop.

Has a few things, wouldn't say amazing. Spotlight is much better. But it's convenient for a quick thing or 2.

Unfortunately couldn't get what I needed but the staff were very helpful. Pleasant experience.

Located in the homemaker centre, they offer fabric and patterns, knitting & crochet, haberdashery, arts & crafts, window furnishings, sewing machines, ceramics, embellishments, papercraft, jewellery making tools, adhesives, oil paints, canvases, chalkboards, paint brushes, seasonal Christmas/ Easter/ Halloween products and homewares.

Across the road is Subway, and there is plenty of parking outside. Recommended if you are in the area and require fabric.

Not a place I would shop at the staff are bored out of their brains the shop is as dead as. I

was interested in material on the remnant table for upholstery. Went through a lot of hassle, getting the material to the counter be measured up which should have had a form of label with measurements and the price of the total material remnants are sold at the same price as what’s on the roll so I asked for r the piece that was 4.5 meters for $22.50 for $20.00 response “
“This is not a bargain shop” i suggested the 2 girls go check out spotlight and learn

First time in this store I just roaming around and stopped by this place to have a looked. Huge place, alot to see, so quiet The service is boring meaning she doesn't really excited to answer question.so interesting to curtain I would love to asked more question to really get the help I need But didn't get help I really needed.they have sales on check it out.

Customer service is quite good however i find that some employees cut right on 1m of fabric not realy taking to account for shrinkage ect.

Can never find what I need in this place. So very seldom go there. Dissapointed yesterday once more. Staff not to helpfull either.

A very tired looking store. Plenty of space to move around. No much variety of items compare to some other brunches.

Super low staff, we left after waiting 20 minutes in the queue and prices wrongly advertised in store.

A bit disappointed as a big store and with only one available staff sharing the register and floor customer service

Warning to other boys: Lincraft has nothing to do with Minecraft. I found out the hard way. Nonetheless, five stars.

Helpful staff. Very spacious store, able to social distance easily. Currently closed to public but click and collect and delivery only as stage 4 lockdown in Victoria. Normally though, in outdoor complex with large carpark and is accessible.

Went looking for beads and sequins. Every pack is $2.99 I think. They had a nice variety of colours shapes and sizes. I also had to get some thread which turned out to be pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. The cheapest thread I bought ($3.00) was somewhat annoying as it split into three and was then necessary to use a needle threader on an extra tinny beading needle. The higher priced stuff was nice but the all round thread was good too. I really like the pins I got from lincraft as they have straight sharp points.
