Customer service from Phoebe was excellent, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best value for what we wanted.

Shocking customer service. Three staff standing behind the counter chatting to each other while serving. One staff member said she shouldn’t be working today but was standing behind saying she could be as rude as she wanted because she was not working.really unprofessional and line so so so long.

The supervisor Phoebe and the other lady who was working there were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of fabrics and stuff. Lincraft is one of my favourite places to be

I picked up some great Christmas items at 50% off. I waited about 10 mins to be served - 3rd in line. Lots of chatting with customers instead of looking at the queue developing

Was a really nice store, lots of things to look at. Clean and tidy and not too busy so you are able to relax and browse. The staff were around but not pushy which I liked. On request for assistance, some of the staff have genuine interest in helping younger people (under 35) learn how to sew. It really helped my confidence as a beginner. Thank you, I will visit again soon.

A friend of mine was once accused of shoplifting from this store although she had merely forgotten to pay and thought that the store entailed 2 levels and so she took her goods upstairs and found herself at the smoothie bar on the ground level and received some interesting looks. She was too ashamed to head back down so she left it with the lady behind the counter who seemed to understand her predicament. I believe she later vomited on the 527 bus from the stress. It is difficult growing old, our brains aren’t what they used to be

I went here on Saturday the 8th of Feb, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Both ladies were super friendly, but the lady who was helping me went above and beyond - she obviously knew what she was talking about and offered some great advice for a project I’m working on. I left feeling very confident in what I needed to do to get the result I was after.

The store itself was very deceiving - it’s so much bigger than it looks.

Big shop, lots of stuff available. Not many customers and not many staff. When approached, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

You can pretty much anything you need for that craft or hobby that your interrsted in doing. Thete's something for all age groups

Hasn't this store fallen? It was once the behemoth that took up 3 floors in Collins place. What happened? The day I was there I was harassed by a lesbian and poked by another customer. The basement is a step away from this one folding I'm afraid.

Staff were very helpful and found a better match for the product I was looking for and cheaper.

Poor fabric range, shoddy haberdashery and slow (and not helpful) staff.but it's close to home and ok if I need something basic.

Disappointed with the material selection but good selection of craft. Very helpful staff helped locate an item that was not instock.

If you are hoping for some customer service you won't get it because they are always under-staffed. The management are doing no favours by employing minimum staff on the floor. Such a pity as some staff are lovely and seem overworked. It's basically self-service.

Stock area very messy - velcro. Staff member just going through the motions. Was not acknowledged whilst in store.
