Great selection of craftables from sequins to buttons, ribbon, beads and plenty of great art projects for the kids to do. A nice big store with a lot to look at.

Only the service is a bit to be desired. Multiple times I get spoken to like I don't belong in there because I don't fit the mould and standard customer that frequents lincraft. Have felt unnerving prejudice on multiple occasions from staff, amongst other things. Only go here when I really have to now.

Staff are helpful and friendly, great store layout and loads of parking, the front door is a bit hard to open if you have walking frame or wheelchair it's hard to open the door without help especially on a windy day

Lincraft is usually well stocked but certain items were a little scarce at this time. The store is understaffed but the staff do their best to keep things moving, whilst keeping a smile on their faces.

Don't bother going because they're never open! The last 4 times I have been here they have been shut. Tried phoning another store 3 times, no one answers. Won't bother and will go to Spotlight from now on. Not hard to update current opening hours online!

Good range and good merchandise. They lose a few points for customer service at this particular store though. Today there were two women behind the counter. When I asked where I could find something, I was given vague instructions on where to find what I was was looking for. Barely any other customers in the store and nobody to serve and they could not be bothered to take me directly to what I was looking for.

Reasonable value, and great range of craft etc. Parking and trading hours are really convenient.

Love the store, but was looking for Easter crafts and gifts. The Easter section was overpriced and poor quality.

3 staff members to one customer and not one of them offered help. What are you paying them for?

Smaller place with the usual mix of fabrics and things such as yarn and sewing implements. Small selection of sewing machines available for sale and there are a nice selection of craft sets for children. Beads, feathers, quilting and thread buttons and the like available and they often have sales. During the Christmas season there are plenty of decorations to choose from and they even sell the elf on the shelf toys for anyone looking for them.

Awesome yarn section, about 3x the size it used to be. Lovely big, easy access store with helpful & enthusiastic staff.

I needed help finding an item. There is so much stuff here it's overwhelming for a bloke. Found most of what I needed myself but had to ask one of the staff for assistance. She knew a lot and gave me some product knowledge that assisted me further. Well kept, tidy and clean. If I have another project that requires items from here I will surely come back.

Always INCREDIBLY slow service and out of stock on a lot of items. I have to go in here quite a bit & can't believe how slow the service is:/

1 person cutting materials and operating checkout, there was only 1 other staff member and she was on a break. The lady in front of me left she couldn't wait any longer. I was very tempted to walk away as well. Very poor customer service Lincraft!

Lots of different fabric available. Compared to the Market Square store, Corio has less quilting fabric and more of the other types and styles of fabric. Corio store also has easier parking and store access even though you have to drive a bit further. Never had any issues with the staff - they cut the fabric well and make purchasing quick and easy.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I asked someone for Lacey fabric and the girl was so rude to me. They have no idea where there products are and seem to hate their job. Disappointing.

Very slow service. Never enough staff. If you need help finding something or have any questions, there is no one around to help except at the counter. Staff are not very helpful or knowledgeable of their products.
