Small range of craft items in various craft categories, but never seems to have what I'm looking for. YMMV.

Store is set up well and things relatively easy to find. One staff member wasn't very helpful but found another who was.

Not a lot of help and hard to get served. Stood in line with my purchase for 10 minutes. I was the only person in the line and watched other customers join the line and then proceed to get served before me. I WALKED OUT AND WONT go back unless im in direstraits no longer want to be a.member.
It wasn't the first time I've had bad service in the Bakers Hill Store

Highly disgusted with the way they treated us yesterday morning with very limited knowledge of what they were doing and no knowledge of price discounts.will never be back again

Didnt quite have what I wanted and didnt know what I was talking about. A bit disappointed. All I wanted was stretch cotton for sewing underwear. Service was wonderful for what I did buy. Lady that served second time was lovely.

Very Helpful. I've been looking All over Ballarat for Baby Girl stickers and couldn't find them anywhere. Thank You Lincraft you came through. I'm over the moon.

Didn't have the yarn I was searching for but the ladies were immensely helpful and the store itself was neat and well presented.

They haven't put up my review of the knitting machine. It was a negative review. I'll go to spotlight from now on which is a shame because the staff are helpful and friendly and know their products.

Very friendly forgot my card they were understanding as I was able to contact wife t ok bring it to the shop

The stock range was alright, looked like they hadn't restocked a lot of stuff like jewellery chains, jewellery stuff kinda overpriced though.

It always feels like its dingy and dark due to budget cuts - and the pricing isn't much diff to spotlight.

Shared entrance with 2 other retailers. Specialty sewing store and Clarke Rubber. On my visit i found the stores well stocked with good range of stock. Easy parking on street. And located in a less busy part of the city.

This store has a really great range, and their prices seem slightly cheaper than Spotlight, but their service really lacks. They are understaffed, quite often the staff don't know what they're doing, and there is usually a long queue of people being served by only one person at a counter that has space for two assistants.
Also last time I was in there, their computer system went down, which wasn't their fault but they apparently didn't have a process in place to deal with this and were left floundering saying they'd have to check with management, who were nowhere to be seen. It left, again, a long queue of people at the counter, most of whom were very unhappy.

Excellent, Lincraft have excellent trims at reasonable price. Cashier was friendly & helpful

Had what I was looking for. But couldn't find anyone to help me and getting through the checkout was very slow.

Love the shop, but I felt sorry for the lady who was on her own in the store on the register. It was very busy and several people left without being assisted.

Staff are friendly enough but not very knowledgeable.
Very limited knit fabrics available esp cotton lycra and ribbing which is disappointing.

What more could you want in a craft store? Really wide range of products and a great selection available in each product line. Very helpful staff meant that we were able to find everything we had looked up online before we came but couldn't find on the shelves ourselves. The final bonus was a 30 percent discount on everything in-store.
