Lina's Pizza

Drove past this place many times and wondered what it would be like as it looked good.

The Hawaiian pizza lacked pineapple, which is ironic considering the number of pineapple boxes stacked in the store.

The other pizza was to have salami, but again lacking and must have been on a plane to Sydney to see the Matilda play against the English.

The garlic pizza would have been excellent but it had dried out by the time I got it home. I think if they were not thin crust it would have travelled better.

I think it needs to be close to home so that it can be eaten fresh and that has biased the review to some extent.

Best pizza! Fresh ingredients, home made feel and friendly staff. Pizzas are consistently tasty. Zodiac pizza is my favourite. I come here every week, definitely recommend!

Only gave 1 star because there wasn’t a zero. It took 1 hour and 45 mins to get here and needed me to call them to remind them. Clearly they had forgotten. And then the order was wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but not any more. Terrible service.

Literally the most terrible pizza ever. Every pizza although different in theory looks exactly the same. The capriciossa (pictured) which traditionally should be filled with mushroom had less mushrooms than fingers on my two hands. Garlic pizza undercooked and whiter than the occupation of Australia from the British. Absolutely do not bother. Garbage. In a world of better options this is not it.

Best pizza in town! Friendly staff who always make you feel welcome like family. Pizzas are consistently tasty using fresh ingredients and full of flavour. The Zodiac pizza is my favourite. I definitely recommend! See you again soon.

I looked forward to visiting this restaurant due to some great reviews. The ease of ordering via phone was great and the staff were friendly and great. However I ordered a small aussie pizza + pineapple and a carbonara for $39. Very unusual price for the serving I got that is pictured. I then received a message informing me that the price was a mistake and i've been offered a credit for my return, Very happy with this service. Also upon ordering I was not told that egg was optional for an Aussie pizza.would be great if it was a question on the phone when ordering, just some healthy feedback! Lina's is definitely worth a visit as the pizza and pasta were a delicious combo. I'll be back.

I had an amazing experience having food from here. It’s a family owned restaurant with great service. The food quality was exceptional I ordered pasta, one family pizza and barbecue chicken schnitzel. She made sure to personalise it according to my favs, heavily topped with a unique taste. Even the chicken pasta it was top notch. I would highly recommend it. It satisfied both the quality and quantity of my expectations and I surely believe everyone would feel the same

Four years ago I discovered Lina’s Pizza, (Hawthorn) and have been ordering GF pizzas ever since! The produce is fresh and delicious (excellent GF pizza bases), and the family who own and run the business are delightful. I would recommend Lina’s to anyone!

Got 3 takeaway pizzas. Garlic pizza was very oily but ok flavour. Americana was weirdly un- pizza like if that’s possible. No flavour and very strange texture. The Hawaiian was ok but pretty bland. We are new to the area so been trying different pizza places. Won’t name the competitors here though. Sorry but won’t be back.

Terrible service for the man and the pizza just a few toppings. I don’t think is worth it. Please improve your service! I mean that guy.

The best local pizza shop in the Hawthorn, Kew, and Camberwell area. I have tried almost everything on the menu and would definitely recommend this family owned pizza shop. The guy (owner) is so friendly and always has smile on his face which makes me happy. The perfect pizza takes about 20 minutes to be ready, it’s tasty and good price for what I buy. My order is usually the specials of two large pizza and free medium garlic or drink. Give it a try and you’ll fall in love with their pizza and customer service ️

We ordered 4 large pizzas and 2 garlic pizzas. In a slice of the 4 corner pizza there was a staple, which my friend bit into it and cut his mouth on. Needless to say we won't be coming back, all they offered was a remake of the pizza. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Making sure food is safe and edible is the number 1 priority in hospitality - yet they failed to assure even that.

Absolutely the most delicious pizzas coming from the hands of a warm hearted family. Always will be the best pizza shop in Melbourne

Honestly the best pizza in hawthorn area, the costumer service is exceptional. Super friendly staff. The delivery drivers never late.
