Had my daughters tonsil and adenoids surgery conducted by Dr Anthony Rotman and anathetist Chris Moran. Both, lovely doctors. Patient and caring. Linacre, small hospital with caring staff. Nurses were great, extremely supportive. Nice, neat rooms with coffee amenities Ns vending machine. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Was there only for day surgery.
Friendly plesent staff on admissions.
Friendly efficient nurses in ward.
As it was my first time there, all went
well.
Found parking for extended period was a problem, no problem with just dropping off and picking up

I have only used the pathology lab at Linacre Road Hospital, so this is not directed at the entire hospital itself.

Within the pathology lab, the service, advice, treatment & care has been beyond appalling. It is always a burden to take my blood, as if I’m putting them out of their way. I have been a total of 5 times (and you may ask why?) it’s 200m from my house and, like to give places a chance. However, yesterday, I was once again told that I couldn’t have my blood done there and would have to go to Frankston. Not only was it said rudely it was also incorrect.
Lo and behold, went to the clinical labs down the road and not an issue at all. I won’t be coming back but it’s important to share so others more vulnerable can be properly looked after. Happy to speak with a hospital representative.

I had my rhinoplasty surgery at the Linacre day procedure unit today. The staff at Linacre are amazing. Special thanks to Kim and Justine for their care and professionalism is absolutely amazing! Both were very caring and highly professional. Theatre staff were very supportive friendly and helpful. Reception staff were very understanding and clear with all information regarding admission details. Everything about this hospital is top! I enjoyed my stay at Linacre. Thank you all for your hard work, much appreciate! Hope you all stay safe and continue to be amazing!

Thank you kindly

I really enjoyed my time at Linacre last week - as much as you enjoy being anywhere if you're having surgery! The staff were, without exception, delightful, helpful, kind and caring. I really liked having the names changed daily on the information board in my room and how time was taken to say hello at the start of shifts. I'm Coeliac but the range of food on offer for me was terrific. Varied and plentiful. Grateful for the coffee machine on our ward and access to snacks in the fridge if I was hungry outside of meal times. Thank you.

I was quite worried for my operation and all the staff i spoke to from the minute i entered were so kind and caring, they all took time out of their busy day to make sure i was okay and assisted me in any way i needed before and after the operation. Lovely environment and i left very pleased with my time there.

Small hospital with big results. Good doctors and great care and facilities. If you need to go to hospital this is not a bad choice.

Lovely professional staff (5 stars). One particularly rude front office staff member (1 star). My tip for her: try a bit of your own advice re: signs plastered around the hospital requesting that public treat staff with respect - it's a 2-way street lady!

My second visit to Linacre hospital over a 5 year period. Both times I have had positive experiences there. The staff, are without a single exemption the best that anyone could ask for. The staff seemed to be part of a large friendly type family rather than just people doing a job. Positivity, humor and professional care with a smile are just what's needed during what can be a stressful time. Thanks to all at Linacre.

After arrival i was a tad nervous for surgery, staff have been the nicest of any hospital i’ve ever been to.
Brendan Soo is my surgeon a very nice fella who makes you feel very safe and in good hands.
Amazing staff, very clean comfortable rooms and the choice of foods i thought i was ordering at a restaurant (have not tasted yet though but sounded nice especially for hospital food)
Can i move in.
Thanks heaps linacre crew

Staff were polite and in good spirits. It wasn’t a very busy day and the process of admission to surgery was seamless. Had a good post-op recovery. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and always polite. Only oversight was they discharged me before I got to talk to the surgeon but I got a courtesy phone call from him instead. All in all it was a short and good stay.

Had a procedure over a year ago.advised anaesthetist prior to procedure re teeth to be careful. Day after procedure l realised something was wrong. As l bit into a piece of toast I felt my tooth move as it turned out my root canal got fractured and my tooth split whilst eating toast. Also front tooth the cap had just been filled over a week ago was chipped from the procedure. Anaesthetist Dr Bernice Teh not accepting responsibility also apparently didn’t document my comments as she didn’t have paperwork in front of her but got to it later who knows when and so obviously forgot because it was not noted. Angry does not begin to explain how l feel. It seems duty of care is non existent. Procedure cost less than getting an implant.
Go to a public hospital you will fare better.
The staff are lovely but this experience has left me sour.

Such a wonderful place! Lovely facilities and terrific staff. We are here today with my 3 year old for an overnight stay and they organised a private room with 2 beds so I can stay with her. The nurses are so great with kids and friendly!
