Dr Taha is a great doctor. He is patient and makes you feel heard when you're expressing your concerns. Definitely recommend for people with kids

I visited Dr. Radwi with my 3 children. The team at Lime Medical & Dr. Radwi were extremely professional and friendly, making for a pleasant visit to the Doctor. Dr. Radwi was very thorough and explained everything very well.

Have been to the same clinic for over 10 years I find them all pleasant and caring, Dr Radwi is wonderful and very easy to talk too, if I have any questions he explains it to me so understand very happy with my visit

I have seen both Dr Raben Vikrama and Dr Taha Radwi, both are thorough and have a great bedside manner. All reception ataff and nurses are lovely too.

Not really happy I go in there today for general check up and I’m 27 year old and had a 4 year old daughter but the doctor TAHA RADWI said to me he doesn’t do general check up for young people I did tell him about I never feel good after I eat and feel headaches and everything but he still look not really concerned or anything I wonder why he can’t do general check up for me I think it’s abit rude of him and he even say don’t waste money I don’t charge you if you want and he look kind of harry or something and look like want me to leave quickly because I’m young and look healthy I think

Very gross act in trying to capitalize on other people's sorrow. Pathetic to hear that Lime Medical Clinic bought patient's medical records from Tristar and are now charging $ 25 per person to transfer patient's medical records.

Excellent service to get me an appointment same day, initially unsuccessful in obtaining my request from doctor but Sandra went out of her way to acknowledge my concerns and followed up request with manager and await outcome…

Hopeless, receptionist have such a horrible attitude and lie a lot to pass the blame around.

The receptionists are all so lovely and helpful and they have a tough job so really appreciate they’re warm and kind professionalism

Very Good customer service and Nursing staff was great along with pathology staffs. Had great experience travelled all the way from SA for visa medical check up. Highly recommended.

Staff are lazy and inefficient glad im no longer attending this clinic after moving interstate only thing i miss is Dr. Dyson-Berry best gp there. Be aware takes them up to a month to forward your records if you change clinics this shows how lax they are.

All staff were very accommodating, its just that the wait was too long. I just needed a blood extraction but it took about 1 hour and 40 mins wait.

Came here after finally giving up on a different clinic. Found a dr for both my children that is brilliant and seems to care. Although the clinic does not bulk bill it is worth it for more consistency and caring drs. Also allows booking online which is very convenient for those of us who can’t always make a phone call.

We arrived as new clients, our wait was not overly long, we were introduced to Dr Taha Radwi we were impressed with him, and if possible would like to keep him as our sole GP. The receptionist was very pleasing to deal with and had a likeable manner.

Excellent service from Dr Sadia. Had been to a different practice and was not getting any better, she assessed my situation and provided medication that cleared up issue in no time. Very understanding Dr, ready to listen and provides thorough medical care - very much recommend
