5 My took in a dress to be fixed and shortened.she cut the ties off my dress that was ment to be a tie to tie a bow I never asked her to do that.

Needed a new dress to be altered quite a bit, amazing job! Was very impressed
Took in a skirt with a ripped seam. They "fixed" it but it ripped again immediately the next time I put it on. I went back to the shop and the woman was quite rude and told me that the repair was never going to be effective, which would have been important for her to mention before I paid her to fix it. She flat out refused to refund me and I had to argue for quite a while before she would even agree to repair it again. The second repair job was ugly and I gave up and threw out the skirt.
They managed to do a zip replacement on my garment in under 24 hours, very happy with my service!
Worst place I have ever had my clothes altered. The lady pinned my top that I was wearing to the jacket I wanted altered.
Washed it that night and it came out with a hole.took it back to show her and she was so rude and wouldn't except blame at all. Then she had the ordasinty to charge $15.00 to repair it.
DONT GO. Plenty of other places.
