Really disappointed! Had 2 new chains made up.used one till it was due to be sharpen, swapped to the other chain and it was too long.took them both back, first one to be sharpen, 2nd to have some links out.they information me 2nd chain was not the right chain to fit on my saw, so offered to replace that chain.omg!
(simple hey?) They hand over a well used (with rust) replacement chain and said no charge to sharpen it! Woow.

I walked in off the street with a whipper snipper from the side the road, I just wanted to know if it was in working order not only was Brian kind enough give me some Insider knowledge but also willing to test it for me free of charge.
Fantastic customer service great range at a fair price.furthermore I'm on crutches at the moment Brian was gentlemanly enough to offer to carry the whipper snipper without being asked.

The lady at the counter is lovely and always welcoming the blokes that do the work are great and highly experienced best chainsaw sharpening service my chains stay sharp for hundreds of cuts and reasonable prices, thanks everyone there

WARNING We have been customers here for years. There have been a few things that needed refixing. This time we took our chainsaw there. It didn’t work properly from the day we got it back. We took it to a different repair place. Found out the wrong part had been put on it, causing the bar to burn out after five minutes of use, it also hadn’t been serviced, a bolt had been left off, it leaked oil and wouldnt idle, it was suppose to work like new. We took back the part with a report of what was wrong. All Andrew wanted to do was for us to bring it back so he could pull it apart (is he kidding us). He wouldn’t compensate us at all. DONOT under any circumstances go to this business. Annette, the female who works there, is the rudest person EVERY TIME you go there or ring up.

I've never experienced such a rude woman. I would definately not want her representing mine or anyone else's business. Was told to take my mower someplace else to have it repaired after them having it for over 1 week, asked why they would not repair it when we were happy to pay for full fix and was told "we don't want to do it, take it back to the place who did it last time" She told me she wasn't refusing to fix it, well yes you totally did. Lost our business and all our families.

I have been to that shop and the lady at the counter basically told me to go away and purchase a chainsaw somewhere else when i asked her some basic questions about a chainsaws and comparable products to what i was interested in purchasing.
I went elsewhere and got good advice and purchased a chainsaw that suited my requirements.

They had a look at the chainsaw said it was totally ceased due to incorrect fuel that could have been put into it years ago. Woman was so rude. Bought a brand new chainsaw at 2k took ceased chainsaw to a friend surprise pull cord was jammed $20 part to fix. Should not be in business don't bother taking anything to these idiots

I’ve been going to these guys for years would recommend them to everyone if I need to grab a 20 bar and chain they’ve got it filed you name it they have it very professional

Very friendly staff, until you have an issue then they change there tune. Third time back with an assembly issue

These guys are one of the few remaining ‘old school’ mower & chainsaw shops and whilst they’re super busy in peak season it’s worth getting your gear in for repairs and service early.
Annette is friendly and informative and leaves you satisfied with your service.

Great Service from the mower guys, really know their stuff, Lady who runs the reception, came across fairly abrupt, then called me told me my mower was quote " stuffed" would I like to trade in on a new one. Turns out she rang the wrong person, whoops then when I went to pick it up she couldn't find my mower. Told me I needed to find my ticket, when I went back next day, was directly behind the reception area. Mower fixed perfectly, and cheap. Will still go back,!

Great service, good price, and friendly people. I had a problem with my Stihl brushcutter that the local Stihl dealer had failed to fix. Here the fault was instantly recognised and fixed promptly. I'll be returning for service on all my power equipment.

I noticed they have a good range of new and used equipment as well.

I can certainly recommend this place for service. I went down there this morning for a minor fix on my mower. Although they were busy the man did the repair on the spot which meant I was able to finish mowing my lawn. I have been there previously and was happy with the repair at that time also. Thanks.

We took our mower there 2 weeks ago for a relatively simple job that indeed need some specialist equipment and knowledge to fix. However Andrew who works there took it upon himself to be nothing but rude and try and embarrass my wife and myself. We were told the mower would be about a week and they would call us. 2 weeks later it’s ready because there were others to be done before ours. Fair enough.
When we went to pick up our mower we retold our story of the rudeness of Andrew and it turns out he’s the ex owner and we were the 3rd customers he’d upset that week. They were so apologetic they didn’t charge us for the job. They are the most friendly helpful couple but they have a problem with the ex owner still hanging around damaging their brand name. We will be returning in the future to use their business.
