Lilydale Medical Centre

Staff and Dr. Orman are fabulous. All very friendly. I would never go to another medical Centre unless I wasn't in the area.

Waited a month for a longer appointment to get an injection and to ask a few questions. Received a text reminder for the 9.00 am appointment but when I arrived 8.45 am, a notice at the door advised the clinic wasn’t to open till 10.00 am. A staff later said there was no 9.00 am scheduled for me. Disappointing as I’m busy and travel a lot. Now need to reschedule as my regular doctor is unavailable. I had not received a call or text to reschedule previously.

A large waiting area that’s clean and tidy, staff that are helpful, good natured and pleasant to talk to. This is always a happy place to be.

The staff are always very friendly and Dr Templer is excellent as is Dr Fildes and Dr Macintosh they know there stuff

I have been to this clinic my whole life. I would never go anywhere else! Dr Templer has been my doctor for as long as I can remember and my whole family see him. Best doctor and best clinic.

Prompt friendly service, a good team and a very pleasant surgery and waiting room. I trust Dr Broomhall implicitly, he has been my family’s physician for many years.

Seeing Dr Templer is always reassuring. The office staff are polite and respectful. Not having to wait too long is also a bonus.

I have always had good and positive visits with Lilydale Medical Clinic. From my Doctor (Dr. Osman) who has been great since the first visit. The reception staff are always very polite and efficient and the reception/waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is lots of other facilities in the same building plus x-ray and ultrasound just around the corner. Out door and underground parking makes parking easy. Unless I'm travelling, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would, and have recommended LMC to others, 10/10.

Never had an issue in all the years I’ve been coming here. Staff are lovely, my doctor is awesome.

Heartbroken. In need of medical care for my 6 year old daughter this morning Receptionist stated very strongly they would not accept any new clients today. *edit.have found the medical care she requires at another practice.

Service: Dr Stan Osmond was very thorough and still returned my call at 19: 30 at night. Good work and very commendable.

Doctors amazing couldn’t ever fault them but reception? Why is there a need to yell out everyone’s home address? Also very abrupt and especially to the elderly borderline rude I felt bad for some older ladies who were just spoken to so rudely: (

My experience today and all other visits have always been pleasant.the doctors, nurses and staff are always obliging and their attention is to keep their patients as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

Would have liked to have been able to get an appointment the day before but I do appreciate the fact that general practitioners are having a lot more patients to attend to due to COVID and the flu.
Was able to have my concerns addressed and medication prescribed and queries answered today when I attended my appointment.
