These guys are awesome! Matt and Ashley where absolutely awesome to deal with. Flew from Mount Isa to Melbourne to pick my father and myselfs new gladiator up. These guys just couldn't do enough for me going above expectations, making me feel right back in country. Fantastic people and unreal service.

A huge thanks to Francis Owl who was fantastic in explaining the different models and options to me. He made the entire buying experience very easy and was extremely generous with his time from the moment I walked into the showroom. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

They were happy to help out and answer all my questions and gave me some pointers. Dealt with Marty and he was only too happy to help. Will use these guys for servicing going forward and Paul in service is also very helpful.

Friday we went to buy a new car and after walking into the dealership only met with rude arrogant car salesman just after a dollar.

Absolutely excellent service. We purchased a used Jeep from the secondhand section of the group about a year and a half. Unbeknown to both them and us it had some major issues with the engine. They very quickly fixed the probable causes and then had a much deeper look when the issue continued. Once they ascertained the true extent of the issue (new engine required) they offered a full refund. As it turned out when my wife went back to collect her etag from the car they had just received a newer jeep as a trade in. Because of the excellent manner in which they had treated us with the first Jeep we were more than happy to purchase another Jeep from them. Our newer Jeep has been faultless and I would happily purchase from Lilydale Jeep again in the future.

Minor service was performed within agreed time frame and for the nominated price. Friendly efficient service, and the vehicle was washed. As usual very satisfied.

Customer service is really poor.
We bought Jeep from them and were told it will be ready in few days. Not hearing back from them we went there personally to see their team member Adam. He was very rude, upon us asking when our new car will be delivered.he said, he doesn’t know about it, and why we visited the show room.
Is seems unethical and a very unpleasant response.

Ran into issues with my Jeep which I had purchased from Lilydale - when I called for help I was told to leave it there for a week. Living 2 hours away this advice was not helpful. Thankfully Nunawading Jeep were absolutely wonderful, helped us out and fixed the problem - despite being very busy. Aaron and Dani at Nunawading gave exceptional service. Emailed my disappointment to Lilydale Manager - no reply! Definitely WOULD NOT recommend Lilydale for sales and service.

Dropped my car in for a service at 8.00am when they opened, which was booked in advance. I was greeted by Angie who was really lovely and very personable. I arrived at 3.30pm to collect my car and was advised they were just starting it now and it would be about an hour, even though I called at 9.30am to advise I needed it back by 3.30pm. They offered me a loan car as I had to take my daughter to an appointment, which I could either drop back later that afternoon or in the morning. This wasn’t really an option for me as it was back and forth so I arranged for my husband to take our daughter. After 40 minutes waiting I was told the car was ready, I only hope they did a proper service and not rushed it. Nick the service manager was nice enough to discount the service and didn’t charge me for the new wiper blades. For me it isn’t about the money, although appreciated, it is about the over all experience. This is my first Jeep and first service and this experience hasn’t left me with much confidence in coming back. Disappointed.
