Very busy! Long wait for walks in. I must say I got really nice hair cut, I was really impressed (curtain bangs and long layers) and the price is amazing! Good hair cut for the price. Impressed with the skill level and techniques used.

Had my haircut and permanent straightening here. They didn't communicate with me at the very start and they just keep talking in Vietnamese when working. I told the hairdresser that I don't want too much layer. But she cut my front hair too short which is definitely not what I want. In terms of the permanent straightening, it is even worse. The hair gets dry and curved the day after. The condition of my hair gets worse after I got the treatment. Not a surprise they did a poor job as they didn't show any concern and profession to their customer. They just don't care. Will definitely avoid this place, even though it charged me cheap. Don't waste your money here.

I came here for permanent hair straightening and it was a nightmare - the experience was horrible, I was worried during the treatment they had left the chemical on my hair for too long so I kept asking the girls to check. They kept brushing me off because they were too busy juggling other customers. I went home after and my housemates noticed the damage to my hair. It was so bad that it looked burnt and dry. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone ever.

I would definitely not recommend trusting them with hair dye.
My hair was done incorrectly in both technique and in colour. I asked the hairdresser if my hair should be teased for the balayage and she told me it didn’t matter. I ended up with tiger stripes with no blend into my natural hair.
I paid $300 at a salon in Chadstone to have it fixed the very next day. All four Chadstone salons I had consulted confirmed the poor quality job.
I returned to ask for a refund. I was told my hair dye was a perfect job and they would not “give [me] a cent! ” I don’t appreciate being berated in a crowd like that.
Please have your hair taken care of elsewhere.

I wouldn't reccomend this place. I went to get my hair done with them because they were reccommended by someone I know. They rushed through my hair, I didn't even get the colour that I wanted, they said I couldn't go any lighter, I could feel my scalp burning, they brushed my hair deep into my scalp on top of the burning sensation, and lastly they didn't even straighten my hair/finish their job because they had to close up. Overall is wasn't what I expected And they charged me $140 for it. It was such a bad experience. I wouldn't want anyone to go there with hopes high thinking they'll get great results out of this. Other than that, the lady with the glasses is super friendly and very hardworking. But the young girl was very aggressive with other customers hairs and not customer service orientated.

The shop owner is kind and has good skill but the worker (an old uncle) was ridiculously rude and unprofessional). I asked for my usual barber (the owner), but then he was busy so he referred me to this old uncle. The uncle cut my hair like he was mad. He pressed his hand on my head so hard and pressed the sessor up against my head that I had to tell him. If you do go to this shop, please avoid this uncle (short hair).
